BSD brawl doesnt have actual Anti-Ban system. BSD removed brawl stars anticheat called promon and thats why you can cheat. If you dont remove promon then it will detect root user and script injection.

It does because he sits at the top of the leaderboard and people can see it when opening the leaderboard. People are generally more inclined to read the first one they see if they are interested in any service or product in this world. Of course him sitting there doesn't help a whole lot, but it makes them also standout from all the other options because there's is visible in the leaderboard and it has a real "pro".
It does help like the other guy said anyone that goes to the leaderboard section doesn’t matter for what will see HELP RANKS or smth and seeing that a pro player is in the club saying this they will be interested. And best way to advertise is in game where everyone will be able to see it.
