- These outside crispy inside brownie-like soft chewy taste chocolate crinkle cookies are as fun to make as it is to eat!
This recipe yields 12 big crinkles (3” circle) or 24 small crinkles.
Ingredients:
150g Cake Flour
65g Unsalted Butter
2 PCS Egg (~100g)
1g Salt (1/4 tsp)
150g Chocolate (66% )
18g Cocoa Powder
75g White Sugar
5g Baking Powder
Sugar Powder (use as needed)
20~30g/ cookie dough for large cookies and ~10g for small one-bite cookies
Bake at 340F ~25 mins till outside crispy
*Personally, I prefer use scale to weight the ingredients instead of measuring cups and i would recommend you do this also. For recipes that counts less on the ingredients amount ratios, i will provide measuring cups/taps/tsp.
