There's even a few more that I just recently figured out, such as vauting over an Uruk and kicking a Captain in the face while landing. This video doesn't remotely cover all of them.
>description I'd have it no other way. Give them pain. Kill them...if it makes you happy. Make them hurt. 0:32 That was an ultra slick side-step. Whiff punished straight to Hell. 1:01 You fight well (not just skill, but knowledge and wiliness to use it). Between having the sense to use a charge into Ground Execution (or Wraith Burn **that would be fine, too**) and Ground Execute canceled (right after doing all it can) into an Execution alone, that much would be evident. 1:12 I forget if using Execution during Flurry Finisher forces decap. I'm still hoping you can get a feel for and show off the glitch with getting Executions without having them unlocked (or anything else **via point allocation, anyway**) via flurry ender into a crouch. I'm foggy on how I used to do it, but I don't think it was that tough (I imagine you'll find it and be able to replicate just fine). 2:00 Da bes. 2:48 Tony Jaa would approve. 3:09 For the glory of King, Shao Kahn, etc. Too bad we can't go full Tetsuzanko like Bayonetta (standing version without need for running start **Jaycee also uses it**). 3:49 It would be pretty neat to gain projectile parry with enough investment so that it returns to send with the normal counter (if done with good timing, mind you). Just imagine the horror of explosive bolt guys getting their shit sent right back at them. Would be even more fun if you could pull away from the auto-return to sender (directing it in the general direction of others to some extent **making the explosive arrow guy a total tool**). NOTE: The ability to just briefly turn into a phantasm (wraith) that cannot be hit nor attack people would be a neat trick for avoiding an incoming threat. Just going intangible. Would make get-aways even easier. The ability to run through the living completely (though not so much objects unless as a distinctly separate version **for one of those charged hit inputs we don't have assigned yet, maybe**). 4:54 Not far off from how I'd want a Ground Brutalize, really. I imagine you're not going to bother with 'from above' off Graugs as they are the same. I can't remember if "Knockdown" does even a tiny bit of damage (such that someone could die from it). Technically, Flurry does slight damage, but I don't think I've ever seen anyone die from the rapid slashes. I imagine the Caragor leap-off will get shown (as it is clearly a unique thing). 5:22 The ability to poise one hit during grabs (be it to the enemy or directly) might have been a nice unlock. Don't lose control so eaisly and don't have progress reset during shanking or Drain. NOTE: With all these extra abilities to dump points into, it would take quite a lot longer to get everything. Some might even consider just making a reasonable build with stuff they might want rather than stopping to get everything (and using precious little). Hard to say. I'd like a 'try' before buying option, but that would take more loading, I'm sure. The videos are already much appreciated (great that now even Uruk traits are shown this way). 5:31 Might be a good topic for a video. Terror infliction. How one can cause it (all means), losing strengths, and what it means for combat (can use stealth kills, instant kill with a projectile, etc.). I wonder if this video will cover DLC options. 5:58 This quaking backhand is like some Bruce Lee "Why did you kill my master" shit. Love it. 6:45 Takes quite the mob to beat one into submission. 7:02 I wonder how much damage this does in the raw. Fear/Hate of structures would be silly. Where Gravity is concerned, Fear/Hate of Heights (by ledges with long falls) could be a cute ability. 7:27 Plenty of ways to arrange the fire to be sure. And it was a "Hot-Head" of all people that moved along. Of course it was. NOTE: Not sure why some bonfires stay light and others don't when someone goes into them. I think it just might be a size difference (large ones don't run out unless detonated). 7:51 Fair few options for this, too. An ability to light our sword with a bonfire (using it up) could be nice as a temporary buff bypassing need to get high hit count (and charged). If it actually burned things (or had a chance too), all the better. 8:28 Shame that charged fire arrows don't explode even to the level of Uruk explosives (bypass 'hardened' types). 8:37 These are ungodly strong. Hate of Fire isn't always enough to save them. Though SoW has Fire Immune lads, so that's something to mull over. 10:03 They take to the tickle like a steel folding chair. This interference is straight out of a wrasslin' playbook. Ultimate Warrior was making a comeback, too. 10:34 Have to take care not to get fucked by the projectiles during meat shield. 10:49 I love that you have the sense to use brief Drains to hold things in place. 11:05 Perfectly executed. Had to be careful not to get caught in the blast yourself. 12:14 I tend to forget about bow runes like this one. I wonder if the AoE counts as 'range' damage. NOTE: I think you could land the stun and even fire off throwing daggers if you manage to actually hit a 'range immune' type. Might be wrong about the fire, but I know I could land the stun AoE. 12:28 I don't remember this one. Fire arrow combined with Pin in Place? Another chap below speaking of the special Graug vomit on fires acting like Detonation (can't remember if it works on Morgai Fly nests like your flame arrow). 12:37 A personal favorite. What it can do for you is no joke. Just ask the Graug boss. 12:55 Teamed with this one. Caragors will hate you. 13:18 No respect. I suppose you'll run over them with a Graug, too. 13:54 Don't think I killed any this way. Love using their pins to hide inside or on top of. Just high enough to mount a Caragor, knockdown foes from, etc. Blocks enemy vision (can't see through it), too. Things just don't want to go far inside. 14:07 I believe even a simple melee attack (perhaps only the sword) can knock it open. 14:38 I remember this not being super damaging (though I'd like it to be). Would be nice if there were some kills where bodies explode into gore (like when this entire creature lands on them). Turn them into a bloody stain like when things get crushed in doorways in DOOM. 14:57 So does this work just like the Caragor one, then? I suppose I misremembered being able to do Brutalize or Drain/Brand from off the thing. 15:11 What teamwork. 16:05 These things were slick as all Hell. 16:18 The burning version was just ridiculous (I don't think just running through fire would count for the same thing, sadly). 17:13 Not sure I ever bothered to weaponize this trick.
There is more than 81 for sure. I left out a bunch of betrayal kills (like ground pound or boomerang throw) because the video was already getting too long. Plus I have recently found out others you do personally (like vault).
Uruk's Hollow That's true, now that I think on it, there are more. But it's still pretty crazy to think of, considering the relative simplicity of the system.
I find it funny how it seems really easy for him. Everytime I go after a captain. They are in a enemy heavy zone with two other captains nearby and 30 enemies on call.
It’s been a long time this was my first game to 100% and killing captains were way easier because they couldn’t adapt and when they were by the self all you have to do was flurry into ground finisher to execution and you would repeat that.
i have been playing shadow of mordor for ages now. and it seems like killing a captain using the flurry kill has a change for either the head will pop or not. it's a clever thing that monolith do actually. cause that means that orc might have a change to cheated death.
Today I accidentally killed my own captain he was being executed so I tried to save him and when I jumped over someone's back I landed on him and killed him
I've seen an uruk do a Talion execution on another uruk It's the most funniest thing I've ever seen don't believe me? watch ToG's shadow of mordor video where Giggles first appears (they sound like Talion grunting when they do it, too)
currently playing this again and I'd def recommend getting the perk that let's you use the execution (circle plus triangle) twice.(any of the combo moves really) Combine that with being able to get it after only 5 hits, you dominate any war chief.
I killed once captain by throwing ghul at him and ground draining friendly captain in the bright lord dlc. I kept his dagger rune since it was very good dagger rune.
I love your channel man. Indeed: it's one of the greatest game made by the industry. You know what.. I bought SOM few years ago and played once and kept in cabinet for all this time. For some reasons, I didn't like it then. & now Just few weeks ago idk how but maybe I stumbled on your channel and saw some SOW videos, was amazed and to my luck I saw a cheap deal for SOW and insta grabbed it. I kept aside SOW now and sticked with SOM these days. With only 4-5% story played so far with more than 12hrs playtime (inaccurate according to me, as I played more than that I guess) Being a working adult, with a family to worry about and playing such a game is difficult. But I believe this one of my favorite grind fest I have ever had. Many might disagree this game has the best grind based gameplay, but that's ok. We all have different choices. Sincerely, I never like SOM even a bit as much I love it now. Can't wait to get back to Middle-Earth.. Thanks to you and your channel. Keep up the great work mate. (subbed you already weeks ago)

I wonder if you brand Uruk captains with weak names ( example: thin bones ) and see if they are better than you think (when they help you in battle, riots, betrayals, ect)
I have never seen any Uruk (even Grunts) die from flies. I am mostly convinced you cannot use a nest to kill them as it is. You could shoot it with a fire arrow and turn it into a bomb, though.
Uruk's Hollow ahhh..okay! Also..thanks for replying! I was considering getting back into this game then I saw you with your quality content..keep it up!
Those are all epic runes. 56 is a sword rune that gives a chance of igniting Uruks on a counter. 57 is a bow rune that gives a small chance of a Flash-like explosion happening when getting headshots. Lastly, 58 is a bow rune, an explosion occours around a Fire Arrow impact point.
That fall at 8:38, damn that was super dramatic.
No uruks were harmed in this video!
read the description
Strange Sounds Fucking liar
ThatOneRaider lol gotta love that desc everything was hurt in the making of this video
Strange Sounds 81 Uruks were harmed in this video
Strange Sounds yeah no Uruks were harmed!
Cause they were killed
LOL I just got another kill. I threw an uruk at a captain that had like almost no health left and it killed him.
Pretty nice. I have been trying this and Wraith Blast lately. Nice job getting those kills! They are not easy.
Uruk's Hollow hod did you get him to drink grog after attacking him
Just wait until he thinks you are gone. He goes chill by the Grog.
Uruk's Hollow i got a nice kill . i threw a weakened captain on another captain and he did execution on him
83 ways to kill a capiten
9:15 Its a sad day when you drink grog alone
6:46
Who even was that? Julius Caesar?
this needs more appreciation lol
Noice
I didn't even know half of these were possible.
There's even a few more that I just recently figured out, such as vauting over an Uruk and kicking a Captain in the face while landing. This video doesn't remotely cover all of them.
Uruk's Hollow still pretty impressive, i've never seen outcasts attack before much less kill a captain
Uruk's Hollow Why did the sword glow orange at number 81?
Bob it's a legendary rune that makes your sword catch fire
It is because of a legendary rune flame of anor which causes your sword to glow orange

Uruk's Hollow and suicide. watch tog. many archers love their ledges a little too much.
not many
I find it funny how it seems really easy for him. Everytime I go after a captain. They are in a enemy heavy zone with two other captains nearby and 30 enemies on call.
this is why we love this game
72. Killed by bees.
Correction Morgai Flies
NOT THE MORGAI FLIES !!!!
11:03 This was the fate of my Mr Sneaky, shot in the back by his own bodyguard during a riot. He will be forever missed
I love when I got a big bad war chief running and all alone in a field, where is just us two, quiet and real romantic and I can really take it slow.
I find it funny you killed hot head with fire
2:57 ONE PUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNCHHHHH
Boil em, mash em, stick em in a stew
One like can save an Uruk near you.
It’s been a long time this was my first game to 100% and killing captains were way easier because they couldn’t adapt and when they were by the self all you have to do was flurry into ground finisher to execution and you would repeat that.
Gotta admire the creativity and effort you put into this! Your explanations are also on point. Subbed.
Looking forward to your Shadow of War videos
i have been playing shadow of mordor for ages now. and it seems like killing a captain using the flurry kill has a change for either the head will pop or not. it's a clever thing that monolith do actually. cause that means that orc might have a change to cheated death.
9:36 >gets killed
>it's breakdance time
Haha never thought of 72! Creative job man
Definelty earned a new sub especially if you're planning to to sow content
0:33 that was fucking smooth though.
Today I accidentally killed my own captain he was being executed so I tried to save him and when I jumped over someone's back I landed on him and killed him
I am surprised you didn't have Uruk execution in here
Like when an Uruk executes an Uruk
Keeganmc007 I think a captain cannot execute another captain, only murder it.
Have you ever seen a duel, riot, ambush, betrayal or other infight situation? Doesn't even need a captain sometimes
I've seen an uruk do a Talion execution on another uruk
It's the most funniest thing I've ever seen
don't believe me?
watch ToG's shadow of mordor video where Giggles first appears
(they sound like Talion grunting when they do it, too)

MrSteeleFtw combat master...
Kureiji Daiyamondo you just a caragor for them
Kureiji Daiyamondo or brand everyone around the chief
MrSteeleFtw I thought this was common knowledge and that everyone already had all the perks. The game is 3 or 4 years old.
I don't use the double execution perk because it makes the game way to easy
Awesome video, there were some deaths I didn't could be done the way you pulled off
One time i launch a fire arrow at some barrels and the captain fucking disintegrated
Such nostalgic music
I killed once captain by throwing ghul at him and ground draining friendly captain in the bright lord dlc. I kept his dagger rune since it was very good dagger rune.
The graug jump bit! XD
Hmm i think there was nothing with morgai flies ;)
81 captains were harmed in this movie
Just imagine that he had to kill all of them...And funny thing is that THERE S FREAKIN MORE XD XD
i beat the game and only did 15 or 20 of this.great video man.
WELCOME TO URUKS HOLLOW
Poison is my personal go to with elimination, nothing like watching them sudden drop dead or fighting among themselves.
celebrimbor made this video
Once a captain of mine got scared and jumped off the building and suicided
Same He just...He just wouldn't listen RIP Noruk
No captains were harmed during the making of this video
Grog fight win and a break dancing Uruk XD

It is easier to accidentally kill a captain than in shadow of war lol
and then imagine like you're walking along the world of mordor and then you see that all of these uruks returned...
Well, 79 officially gives the title "the drowned" a whole new meaning. Ew.
Those last chance kills are my favourite.
20. How was he on the ledge of an archer tower? I've never seen that before
Love you're Videos man
You have an awesome channel
Number 9: Tear of Grace approved
Bro the people in 34 were like: fight back bitch fight back!
Great Vid! Keep it up.
Oh and also the flurry decapitation :3
Is it just me... or does the music chant the name Az-Laar? Listen closely...
it's just you ;)
WolfInDisguise its the chant about the one ring in elvish
we're all deeply hurt for our dear demolisher.. but you need to let go!
Ash nazg, Dûrbatûlûk, Ash nazg, Gimbatûl, Ash nazg, Thrakatûlûk, Ahg Bûrzûm Ishi, Krimpatûl
stop it! your gonna make me cry man ;(
Okay so Uruk's hollow, please help, when you grab someone, how do you do the stab into the neck instead of the normal slice when shanking?
MrBlaster500 it should be a finishing move
If their health is low enough, the dagger goes straight to their throat instead of repeatedly stabbing them in the back.
Why did I not know of this channel earlier?
He forgot pin in place ability and kill
Shadow Of Mordor looks way cooler than the sequel
2:50 deadly Muay Thai knee
Kinda sad that they didn't bring back the wraith ground burn
the wraith stun was basically a blue falcon punch
CELEBRIMBOR...PUNCH!!!
I loooooove killing captains with Wraith burn soooo much
well you certainly have played this game a lot
I know a way to kill a captain.......... ALPHABETTY SPAGHETTI
Missed base shadow strike
i watched this video. i put my shadow of mordor in my xbox one and did these kills. Have to Try!
82. sauron's friendly fire
2:57 FALCON PUNCH
Caragath aerial attack?
I didn't know you could do last chance finishers on captains
Hot head was too hot
What is the track called that chants: Ash nazg durbatulûk, ash nazg gibatul, ash nazg thrakatulûk, agh burzum-ishi kripatul.?"
(The inscription on the One Ring.) At around: 9:00
Fort Morn.
I was actually aware of all of these.
what about kick?
I just got a really cool kill. I was at an execution and I punch an uruk like 6 feet away from the captain that was going to be executed. The cone that you get from wraith stun when you get a combo killed the captain.
will you do a video like this for shadow of war?
I wish I knew how to decapitate every time. I had this one f#cked come back ten times. I don't think the game was even created to handle it because battle scars just stopped appearing after the 7th time.
Im amazed Morgai Flies weren't in there usually in the first map at the eastern stronghold theres enough nests to overwhelm and kill uruks including the captains.
6:53 look at dat daaaab
Throwing them into the ocean? If you did so that I might of missed, so sorry if I did!
wow. nice video. tnx.
how did you to 'murder' one? i just cant figure out how did you do it.
You have to brand a captain that is not a bodyguard, then you dominate (grab) him and order him to Murder another captain
What about graug vomit on an explosive/fire? Doesnt that cause them to explode? Please correct me if im wrong
That is correct. I decided to leave it out of the video because it is mostly just detonate.
I have found a few other ways to kill Captains recently, such as vaulting over an Uruk and hitting them in the head with your feet. So this video is not about every way to kill them anymore.
As for the main game there would be just 70 but if you use DLC then there would be even more than 90
There's plenty more in the base game that I left out (video was getting too long and a few I came accross after finishing it). There's about 90 in the base game. I also left out Warchiefs getting Sauron'd in The Bright Lord.
Uruk's Hollow "Warchiefs getting Sauron'd" That is single handededly the best sentence I have ever read.
they are revived by Aaron but not killed. Celebrimbor kills them after all 5 are revived
I wonder if you brand Uruk captains with weak names ( example: thin bones ) and see if they are better than you think (when they help you in battle, riots, betrayals, ect)
I was thinking what if they forget wraith fire then literally wraith fire was the next one
Amazing! One question..would a wasps nest work?
I have never seen any Uruk (even Grunts) die from flies. I am mostly convinced you cannot use a nest to kill them as it is. You could shoot it with a fire arrow and turn it into a bomb, though.
Uruk's Hollow ahhh..okay! Also..thanks for replying! I was considering getting back into this game then I saw you with your quality content..keep it up!
Why does everyone call them wasps or bees when the game tells you its Morgai flies in the animals page (btw love the lore pages)
What about Sauron whacking uruks with his hammer?
But does not count as players kill
You forgot a "knock-down" from above.
Knockdowns don't do any damage. You can't kill anyone with it.
Not sure if you can kill a captain with this, but I think I was able to ignite some uruks by firing a flaming arrow at a morgai fly next above them.
What about storm of urfael Azchar and the acharn skills?
lel, i was thing there is a lot of posibility than i know, but a lot of posicions is this same kill, but from other situations or posictions.
I love uruks hollow
anyone else hear a strange noise when he kills a captain?
The drowned drowned in vomit
I want to know what is the spellfire
how'd you do 56,57,58 I have completed shadow of Mordor 2wice but didn't know that these can be done
Those are all epic runes. 56 is a sword rune that gives a chance of igniting Uruks on a counter. 57 is a bow rune that gives a small chance of a Flash-like explosion happening when getting headshots. Lastly, 58 is a bow rune, an explosion occours around a Fire Arrow impact point.
got the grog poison kill
9:03 do a barhal roll
wow wow 31.Arrow and 32. Charged Arrow congrats
To be fair, I decided to include both, since regular arrow works more as a stun attack, while charged is actually damaging.
79. Drowned in Graug vomit XD
