I wonder how long will it take Kaito to be able to call people their first names XD. Also I agree with Ayumu that when a person younger than you has more experience in that field than you do, you should remain professional and give respect. But when outside of that field in having normal conversations it's okay to switch from -san to -chan when they permit it of course.
