These outfits are for 18 inch American Girl dolls. Reborn dolls usually range in size. Most wear real baby clothes from newborn to 6 months size depending on how big they are. I do own one preemie reborn doll who is about 15 inches and she can wear American Girl doll dresses but anything else I buy real preemie baby clothes for her.
