Hi there - I just got one after I sent a DJI- Osmo (NO) Action straight back. . . Is it true you cant get sound with the extra case ? The hard plastic one? . . And if so what regular case can I get for it to mount it securely on hadlebars or the chest mount etc. . .I dont want to rely on just the 6mm socket etc.
This is a great camera buuuttt I haven’t been able to get images like this although I haven’t done extensive testing. But I will definitely be doing so in the next few weeks.
after 2yrs still no firmware update.. there's a bug when you power on the cam and record.. the voice record doesnt work until you record your 2nd video.. hoping for a fix/update on your firmware..
Please format your camera to restore factory settings. If you still can't find the image stabilization settings, please send your order number, camera code (which can be found in the settings) to cs@akasotech.com. We will have a dedicated customer service agent to answer your questions.
@@akasoofficial that was the case, it didnt show. So after draining 1 bat on figuring it out. I tought lets try factory reset. And after that it showed in the settings menu right under the voicerecording setting

I seen some review videos and i don't see any image stabilization. I think they might using go pro to make this ads.

There is a Image Stabilization settng, you can set it on.

Buy a cheaper action camera with hardware similar to this crap. They put inside cheapo iCatch chipset and IMX386, a sensor too old.
