I’m glad the Bruce is facing consequences for his actions but even if the joker is turning over a new leaf, he literally faced no actions whatsoever for what he did. This is like if Charles Manson became good and everyone just somehow forgave him and also became mayor.

@@mikemorro140 Joker & Harley easily murdered towns-worth of people. They should book Bruce for the Zombie thing, not tax evasion, because Bruce/Batman loathes corruption as much as he does crime.
That’s because he wasn’t ever arrested as a criminal and sent to an actual prison. He’s was sent to Arkham asylum for being criminally insane. It’s probably why he was never given the death penalty , because he’s a mentally sick person and Arkham asylum are people that help people with mental issues despite being terrible at it. I guess he just stopped doing bad things , and people didn’t send him back to Arkham. Though probably because they fear him
part of what's great about this show is it avoids the typical tropes you see in comic based media, Joker didn't turn into a power hungry villain again, Ivy and Harley worked through their problems instead of letting it break them up, and Bruce is actually trying to deal with his problems, it's nice, a welcome change

lol. They are actually doing something similar to the White Knight storyline. Harley being an antihero. Bruce serving his time in prison. And the Joker being an actual good guy. LMAO.
Honestly that will be interesting to see Harley have to meet and face Jason Todd Tim Drake I'm assuming she knows (if he exists here) But we all know there HAS to be a Jason Yikes imagine him seeing Joker as Mayor
Bruce Wayne getting arrested was the twist I didn’t see coming. Mostly proud of Harley and Bruce having a moment. I hope that they show scenes of them having sessions in the batcave lol
This whole season feels like an alternate universe of the White Knight story. You got Joker who became mayor, Harley Quinn figuring out Batman's secret identity and becoming friends and Bruce going to prison at the end while Harley helps out the Batfamily along with Batgirl in his absence
I feel like we're heading for a Batman-Joker team up next season. Gotham's problems are too big for either of them to handle and they're going to have to come to an understanding and work together for the benefit of the city. Plus, they're turning the whole "one bad day" thing on its head with Joker becoming sort of a good person after "one good day." So Joker might end up doing that for Bruce and put him on the road to recovery.
Feels a lot like they're headed towards the White Knight storyline with Joker. So if anything will spring Bats, it might be the two conditions of there being a threat that Joker can't beat with the legal system and without going full-blown villain and also that Bruce has to out himself as Batman
It's actually kinda surreal to see JOKER bust Bruce Wayne in a completely legal and peaceful manner while Bruce accepts psychiatric help from Harley Quinn and I love every minute of it. This show knows how to play into its Fandom and still do new things we've never seen before .
What makes this funnier is that joke knows bruce is batman, and while he'd never sell bruce out because he loves the rivalry, Joker is probably laughing even more on the inside that he finally beat batman at his own game and got batman/bruce Wayne arrested. The fact that joker knows is his own inside joke that makes even better.
Considering the amount that Wayne Industries donates back into Gotham's infrastructure through charitable aid, I feel like this is just the Joker being petty, legally correct (though I highly doubt Bruce Wayne would be a tax avoider), morally dubious.
I love how the Joker ran for mayor with policies that sounded too good to be true, but after he got elected, he actually DIDN'T re-neg on those promises like you'd expect a supervillain to.
Ngl, I’m still a little confused about whether or not Selina stole the necklace and returned it to Bruce, or if Barbara took it from her and stuff it in while she was close. It’d be such a sweet moment if it’s the first one.
@@magical_pixie_horse7346 Nah, everything we've seen this season says Joker included that on his own choosing. The Joker cares...god, that feels weird saying.
Its been done before 3 times over. Main continuity comics, White Knight, and Injustice. All done better than shown here by disrespecting Batman's/Bruce's character.
Im kind of interested as to what KIND of "Legion of Doom" Ivy & Lex create together. I mean sure they're villains & antagonists in their own right but Lex can be more adaptable that some of the other villains- he's still a business man & executive who probably cares more about profit & his image than taking over/destroying the world. Ivy's goals are obvious but having her LEAD the legion is way different than her being an equal member alongside a bunch of other villains, im curious as to how she'd affect how the Legion itself acts as an organization. Ivy & Lex on their own can be one hell of a tagteam prioritizing taking the criminal underworld by storm in a resource, business & scientific sense, but i guess that also hinges on who else is a member.
This season has been brilliant. I was sceptical at first when Season 3 was first announced, because I felt that Harley and Ivy driving off into the sunset was the perfect way to end the show. But boy, was I wrong! Now I really want to see a Season 4!
I think this may be it guys. This is slowly becoming something like a perfect Gotham future. The villains are getting progressively more redeemed and Batman is slowly making peace with himself and others.
The writing in this show is PHENOMENAL! Its a perfect mix of well executed comedy, deep thought personal discussions, and fun /interesting dialog. Every character is not only an amazing representation of themselves in the comics and other media.they found an amazing way to adapt them into more modern times. TL;DR, Chef's kiss. This show is amazing
Oh my God finally I so rarely see people actually taking Batman's trauma as what it is- something that needs to be healed. Bruce becoming Batman was him taking the easy route, living in his trauma and hiding away from the world. Even though some writers tried to change him they always went back to the "Dark Loner who'll abandon their family just to keep them safe" And this series- nay, this Parody series takes such good care of his character this season and shoes he genuinely cares about the family he has, it also shows with no shame how it's affected his mind and that parading around as the Dark Knight with all this baggage is hurting him mentally, and is not something we as an audience should look up to I love this show
Nah I still prefer him dealing with his trauma by beating the f out of clinicaly insane psychopaths and giving them hospital bills that they will have to pay for their entire life. It even sounds cooler tbh

I’m glad the Bruce is facing consequences for his actions but even if the joker is turning over a new leaf, he literally faced no actions whatsoever for what he did. This is like if Charles Manson became good and everyone just somehow forgave him and also became mayor.
Same with Harley after her stunt with the Parademons.
Yeah it's one of those things that kind of annoys me, like I know it's a comedy but Joker has murdered a ton of people, including children since he killed Jason Todd already, and he was elected mayor and everyone is just cool with it
@@mikemorro140 Joker & Harley easily murdered towns-worth of people.
Though probably because they fear him
To be fair Gotham’s usual exaggerated corruption is taken up to 11 in this show
part of what's great about this show is it avoids the typical tropes you see in comic based media, Joker didn't turn into a power hungry villain again, Ivy and Harley worked through their problems instead of letting it break them up, and Bruce is actually trying to deal with his problems, it's nice, a welcome change
Bane complimenting Ivy saying that she got "a glow up" made me feel warm and fuzzy inside.
They're keeping to the core of these characters while making comedy gold... I'm not sure how they're doing this but it's brilliant!

Honestly I think Bruce getting arrested was even wholesome. This whole season feels like an alternate universe of the White Knight story. You got Joker who became mayor, Harley Quinn figuring out Batman's secret identity and becoming friends and Bruce going to prison at the end while Harley helps out the Batfamily along with Batgirl in his absence
So can we just take a moment to appreciate just how cute Harley looks in a ponytail? 🥺🥺
I’m hoping we’ll get Red Hood as the antagonist for Season 4.
Red Hood isn't a Harley antagonist in the comics and this is Harley's show
It's actually kinda surreal to see JOKER bust Bruce Wayne in a completely legal and peaceful manner while Bruce accepts psychiatric help from Harley Quinn and I love every minute of it.
3:40 Jim and Juan finally get the respect they deserve.
If Nightwing has Jim and Juan what does Batgirl have ?
Considering the amount that Wayne Industries donates back into Gotham's infrastructure through charitable aid, I feel like this is just the Joker being petty, legally correct (though I highly doubt Bruce Wayne would be a tax avoider), morally dubious.
In Japan, they often settle in court.
Bruh. You realize we are talking about the Joker, right?

I so rarely see people actually taking Batman's trauma as what it is- something that needs to be healed. Bruce becoming Batman was him taking the easy route, living in his trauma and hiding away from the world. Even though some writers tried to change him they always went back to the "Dark Loner who'll abandon their family just to keep them safe"
And this series- nay, this Parody series takes such good care of his character this season and shoes he genuinely cares about the family he has, it also shows with no shame how it's affected his mind and that parading around as the Dark Knight with all this baggage is hurting him mentally, and is not something we as an audience should look up to
