Lower moon 1 took 2 good swordman (Tanjiro and Inosuke) to defeat. If Rengoku was facing him 1v1, maybe he can even break Giyuu speedrun record for killing a Lowermoon. I think, all 5 lower moon ganging up wouldn't even take 1 Hashira an hour to kill them all. So they aren't as important to Muzan as the Hashiras are to the Master.

I kind of wish the anime would’ve shown some of the Hashira’s reactions to Sanemi stabbing Nezuko. Giyu, Shinobu, and Mitsuri all looked upset in the manga.
Pple often forget that even if nezuko is different she is still a demon. She cn be tempted by blood especially when she is hungry and hvnt replenish her energy yet by sleeping. This is proven when nezuko drooled over the corpses that were eaten by the demon we met at the very first of this series b4 we met urokodaki. Even in this episode u cn see her drooling over sanemis blood but she fought the urge to taste it. It shows her strong mentality.
What no one mentioned is that sanami the wind hashira is a mirachi which means his blood is like f king heroine to demons which makes nezuko holding back that much more impressive

Agree! Giyu is an incredible person to do that, especially considering all he’s seen and been through. He’s protected and looked out for Tanjiro and Nezuko more than once, even if it meant opposing his fellow Hashira. To be honest, he’s easily one of the most respectable characters in the series for a lot of reasons I won’t go into so I don’t accidentally spoil anyone. The man’s a legend. Easily one of my favorites.

The mist hashira is only 14 years old and the cool thing about the wind hashira is that he has nearly the exact same origin as tanjiro except his only surviving sibling didn’t become a demon and stayed human giving him no reason to pity demons after he lost his family to them

Well next episode the Master will have a few surprises waiting as revelations however, what they are is a mystery( well except me obviously) since another will reveal their true identity soon. The real mystery you should figure out yourself Ishinobi is why Shinobu was mad at Sanemi earlier and for what reason since last episode she wanted to kill Nezuko and now suddenly defending her instead seems different about her.

Well next episode the Master will have a few surprises waiting as revelations however, what they are is a mystery( well except me obviously) since another will reveal their true identity soon. The real mystery you should figure out yourself Ishinobi is why Shinobu was mad at Sanemi earlier and for what reason since last episode she wanted to kill Nezuko and now suddenly defending her instead seems different about her.
