Adam Theriault My Pyrus Leo was savage and ferocious, but he was tamed. He started to feel like he was responsible for something. There was even a moment where he felt he was taking advantage of his partner. Of course, the "younger" version of him would have denied that he was, but for a moment, he felt like he was actually taking advantage of his partner. He had wanted to fight every Bakugan, to crush them underneath his talons, have them kneel before him in fear as he dominated them. But to do that, he needed a "partner" so he could battle. At first, it was just an excuse. Having a "partner" was just a way to get to battle, to express his dominance, his superiority onto other Bakugan. He didn't care about what happened to his "partner"; as long as he could battle, he didn't care what happened, or the consequences. All that mattered was the thrill of battle, of victory, nothing more. Then came Vladitor. An opponent who very quickly became a rival. His first loss. Naturally, this filled him with hatred and rage. To think he was defeated by a Bakugan, and one that had essentially just appeared, he couldn't tell if his pride or his spirit was more wounded by such a loss. So he drove himself to get even stronger, even pushing his "partner" to do so as well. They started going the extra mile and a half to win at all costs. Leonidas took all defence and threw it away in favour of full on offence. He would take a hit, but he would never stop. His "partner" was even beginning to get worried. But he couldn't approach him, as "Leo" always retorted in anger, always tried to make up some excuse to battle instead. They were both stuck. "Leo" couldn't keep battling like he was, and his "partner" couldn't help him realise that. Then the Battle Brawlers, with the exception of Dan, came and talked. They kept insulting Leonidas, how his attitude and lust for battle was starting to build up a bad reputation, and many battlers didn't want to fight him. His infamy had started building too high, and even started interfering in other kids' lives. Apparently some wanted to win against him, and a few amongst them were obsessing over it, even a little kid named Christopher. They suggested that he leave, that his "partner" get a new Bakugan. What happened next shocked everyone, including him. His "partner" came to his defence. He called him his partner, and more than that, called him a friend. He said he felt like a bond had formed between them, now at first they simply battled, but even as "Leo" started to become less worried about his own safety during battle, he didn't let that stop him in their journey to become stronger. That bond of theirs grew with each battle. No matter what, even if some kids couldn't deal with some Bakugan, he was not going to abandon his friend. He was not going to abandon his partner. These words moved Leonidas. They left an impact that he contemplated over for days, nearly a week. When they next faced off against Vladitor, he took a hit that could have hurt his partner. That was the first time he had done something that helped someone who was not himself. At that moment, he and his partner fought together, and they almost defeated Vladitor. If it had not been for Masquerade's intervention, they would have won. But 2 on 1 left them with a one way trip to the Doom Dimension. But, even though they lost the battle, against the same Bakugan and that infamous Masquerade, Leo couldn't feel angry. He didn't hate them either. No, he hated himself. He had lost the battle, yes, but it was that lost that had left his partner trapped in the Doom Dimension. He hardly felt the effects of the energy, if at all. He had only learnt from Vladitor in their previous fight that he was born in the Doom Dimension. He would survive the dimension. His partner would not. They could not escape from the Doom Dimension, escape was impossible. He would be alone, unable to battle, unable to escape. His partner would die, and all that would remain would be a withered shell. For once, his walls had caved in. He would be all alone, having basically doomed his partner, the human who trusted him, who considered him a friend, no, more than that, his brother, to a horrible fate. For the first time since being born, he cried his first tears. So when they were saved by the Six Ancients Warriors, when they returned to earth, Leo was conflicted. On one hand, he didn't have the strength to continue battling. He had cried; his spirit was broken, and the thought of battling felt bitter. Every victory in the past felt hollow. And if they battled Masquerade again? What if they lost again, and got sent back to the Doom Dimension? He could not live with himself if that ever happened. Worse yet if only his partner was sent there. It would be all his fault. On the other hand, he wanted to save Vestroia. He felt like it was his duty. He wasn't born there, but it was his home. And he couldn't just leave his partner hanging. And when they inevitably battled Vladitor again, Leo didn't fight with rage or ferocity. No, he fought with strategy. He took advantage of the openings his foe left out, he countered attacks sent his way. For the first time, he played a defensive style of fighting. He was, for the first time, winging it. He was listening to his partner, and fighting with intelligence, ignoring his instincts. But he was succeeding. That's when he realised it. Battling wasn't about being the one on top, expressing your dominance, your superiority. It was about the fun of battling. Just simply battling was all that mattered. Power and dominion didn't matter. And so when the time came where he had to leave his partner, he just couldn't bring himself to feel cold and heartless. It wasn't just the human who cried; Leo cried in turn. More than the thought of being alone in the Doom Dimension, more than losing his partner to that horrific place. He was reduced to tears because he would never see his partner ever again; "I just… I don't want to leave you. I would give everything to see you, if only for one last time, Partner.". They had to part ways, but out of all the battlers, Leo and his partner were the most upset. Their lives had become so much better because of one another. Leo had grown to be more than a monster. His human had become more confident in themselves. His partner needed him to stay strong. Leo needed his human because he could never be anything more than a monster without him being there to guide him. And so when they next came together again, a few years later, they rejoiced. They promised to never leave each other ever again. My Leo became stronger because he realised that he needed his partner. I became stronger because I needed him in turn to grow confident. We were stronger together. I was able to challenge people, and allow my skills to shine, all thanks to Leo. He was able to be truly strong, to truly express his superiority without needing to, because of me. I tamed Leo. And he is glad that I did. He makes me strong. I make him see the world beyond the battles. And that is worth any amount of loss.
Fighting Marduk and Vladitor after you finished the story during a random tornament with this music is so damn good, no threats to world, no Doom Dimension surrounding the arena, just you, your rival, Vladitor vs Leonidas, all enjoying a fight as eternal frenemies.
Holy shit, this still remains my favorite theme of ANY game I’ve ever played. This has yet to fail when it comes to getting me pumped. I miss the original Bakugan series. Ah, nostalgia.
Imagine it. The battle coming to a close, Naga nearly getting his paws on the infinity core, Leonidas and Vladitor joining together not for the sake of the earth, but for the sake of their partners who gave their all to try to protect Wayvern. Leonidas not being strong enough to even get a good scratch on Naga, is targeted by a blast capable of ripping apart every dimension, filled with energy from the negatative core. Although it seems Naga is closer to his goal, Leonidas is unaffected by the blast due to being a creature of negative energy. Vladitor sacrifices his energy given to him from the negative core to help Leonidas surpass his evolution to become a being that every bakugan feared. The warrior from the Doom dimension.
My biggest issue was the limit to number of decks. I wish I could have 8(?) decks like the cpus (as u can see in arena) so I could display each of the decks as I got new bakugan and cards

Why didn't this happen in a sequel to the game? Why didn't the game get a sequel for that matter?

This soundtrack really beats DBZ’s🔥.
It's so great to see all the fans in the comments, we all played an amazing game
Wow! After 3 years of gameplay, i have found it...
Wow, after watching this I'm gonna dig through all my shit that's piled up over the years and find my bakugan, all I have out is one Drago, a gate card blinding flash, and an ability card Aquos hex
This is also on the wii and ds versions of the game and the best on the soundtrack besides the pyrus and ventus themes
This game was the best to play on the wii the soundtrack is badass
Nostalgia hits pretty hard.

Battle Brawlers Series > Battle Planet Series
I recently found my old copy of this game and dear god its great. My old deck had a setup that let me boost any of my three bakugans’ power by 800 Gs

Bakugan.... Brawl!!
THE GEARS IN MY BRAIN STARTED TURNING BRO I USED TO LEAVE MY DS ON TO LISTEN TO THIS ON LOOP
Me encantaba que las finales de torneo duraban como 20 minutos para así escuchar tanto este soundtrack
Its sad that game with this format will not reach new vestroia, gundalian invaders, and mechtanium surge arc
Tag team tournament finals: NO DAN DONT BATTLE WITH MARUCHO DAN NO!
“P3 victory”
Am I the only one who thinks that leonidas is a pyrus bakugan
Out with the old and in with the new, with bakugan that line is a joke. We need a remake.
FIELD OPEN!!!!!!!!
Oh yEAH!!
El mejor del juego
Searched for this for nearly 8 years. Now I'm almost 17 but I don't give a crap. This music is lit AF!
Played when I was like 6. Still play today. (I'm not 40 lol) this games soundtrack combined with the SFX and "bakugan stand" is the ultimate nostalgia trip
I swear the OST for this game is way too good for the game that it is
2018 and its still lit
Lava Tigers {CF} yep
2020 now 😄
I wonder what the guy who made this soundtrack is doing now.
Ah yes, the "getting dabbed on by ability cards" theme
2019 y'all?
Ephraim Allen Hell yeah 😂
Wh- i was just about to say hell yeah lol
2020 👍
Dan was my favorite character and I was a Pyrus main and I really enjoyed this game so much that when every battle I use Dan and listen to him saying, Time to start my warmup.
My very first Wii game.
1:27
Hands down, the best part of the song.
DOUBLE STAND!
Take card or move bakugan?
was able to extract the original sound files from game and converted it to FLAC. The sound quality is superb!! if u want it pm me.
I can't pm you, lol, there is no "About" tab on your channel. I would still like to have those files, though. My skype is "ScyllaGaming".
+Scylla will upload to drive and post the link, wait couple hours
I've haven't used drive in a long time. But I'm waiting for the link.
drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B_uNxILHDB32RlNXY0xPWlNmNUk&usp=sharing there is the drive link. Download the files. not all the songs i ripped, only the ones i like(sorry). it'll be up for 20hrs.
Ok, thanks.
