I've always loved Valentine's Day but this year I'm extra excited because it's the first year I have a BOYFRIEND!!! Fun fact about me, I've never had a boyfriend so this is such a sweet and fun season.
Today I'm showing you how to make an easy 3 course meal - a valentines day date night dinner recipe that you can make at home. It's super quick to whip up, easy, simple ingredients and will make your significant other or loved one feel so special.
Today's meal consists of a simple salad with a homemade balsamic vinegar dressing as the appetizer, parmesan crusted chicken and citrus cauliflower rice and a chocolate molten lava cake for dessert.

Me and my man have been together for 7 years! And our Anniversary is on Valentine's Day 💕 🥰😍 hahaha so we do double presents and go somewhere special every year and he absolutely has my whole soul and being 🥰😊

Love your recipes! Everything looks delicious. A quick idea for Valentines... cut a small heart out of paper and lay on top of the molten lava cake before you sprinkle on the powdered sugar. Then, remove the paper heart and you should have a cute little heart on top of your cake. :)

I met my boyfriend seven years ago when I became really great friends with a girl in my high school math class who kept saying I reminded her so much of her twin brother 😂 (in the best way, apparently we had the same interests and humour). In our final year of high school we all got to go on an excursion but there were only 3 people from our high school who could make it. So my friend asked if she could bring her twin brother who went to the all boys highschool just down the road. I met him for the first time at the train station and just like that we became instant best friends and the rest is history!
Except for the part I forgot to mention, which is that the FIRST time we met was when we were 11 years old at a school dance. My best friend at the time had this massive crush on a boy who showed up at the dance named “Anthony” who was super tall for our age 😂 so I decided that I would have a crush on him too because… me too girl😂. He was the person I was most looking forward to dancing with that night - until I realised he was the WORST DANCER ever!! He held my hands way too tight and gave the hardest high fives and swung me around so dizzy, he ended up being the last person I wanted to dance with by the end of it hahahaha
Now we’re 24/25 and I couldn’t be happier that God blessed me with my soulmate. I’m cooking him a Japanese bento box for him to take to work on Valentine’s Day and defs on your channel looking for inspiration 😍😍 congrats on your boo Nicole❤
