Mastered the one-layer linoleum print? Level up with this intermediate course for ages 12 and up! Cameron Peterson will teach you how to bring your printmaking to the next level by creating a multi-layered, multicolor edition!
Supplies to gather at home:
a prepared sketch + a copy of your sketch
blank linoleum block
scissors
fine-point permanent marker
pencil
gouges (Speedball is a great option for beginners!)
putty knife or any other rigid tool for scraping ink
paper
brayer
ink
baren or spoon for burnishing
Optional supply:
utility knife (if you need to cut your linoleum block down)
bench hook
