I will recommend to start from the basic, on front office operations from check in, check out, and then get familiar with the Opera system. You might not be able to learn in a night, but once you practiced with it you can do it!

I know there's a lot to learn an train in opera. I just wish we had a training system with examples to use even though we only have a live s system.
