I think the best way to make the body soft, while still posable, would be an armature skeleton, either printed or out of thick aluminium wire, and the stuff fluff inside the body and arms, like you would a normal plush toy. ^^ Your sewing is getting better! And I finally learned how to use Blender, wooo!
I had a similar idea but I think a center cylinder with a bottom and top plate to mount the feet and head would be good then he could fill the body with stuffing so most of it would be plush

your accuracy and attention to detail to the fullest extent pleases me as someone who tries recreating things from other franchises. i absolutely love the passion and care you put to each of these projects! toy story was one of my favorite film franchises when i was a little kid, and i always wished they made accurate toys like in the movies. these videos fulfill that childhood desire of mine, and i can't thank you enough! the mere knowledge that someone is making toy story replicas this accurate fills me with the utmost joy, i wish i had the skill to do them myself. anyway, i hope you get a million subscribers soon since this dedication is way too underrated as of now. goodluck! i can't wait to see what you have in store for us next!

I think chuckles body is supposed to be a bean bag, are at least thats what I assumed it to be. It would make sense for it to be this way, having the beans settle down giving bro his big caboose. The shoes could easily be attached in like a clip-in manner inside. Idk if im explaining myself very well.

One little tip, I use crepe wool hair for masks and you can use water to make it tangle together and really add a lot of texture if you want him to be a little messier
I had the same problem with prints and supports. You are either overexposing and it’s “baking” the support into the piece or the supports you are using have large contact points on the model and you need to adjust them use smaller points (especially on parts that you don’t want to mar). The cones of calibration are a great way to get your exposure settings dialed in.
It still is amazing people can do this stuff, even if it isn't 100%, they still try. that's gotta be something right? im still impressed the original was handmade, it looks like something thinkway toys could've made.
You need to start an Etsy shop or something and sell these 3D models so we could do our own cause let's be honest here, there's not getting any more accurate than you. I'm still tryna get a Buzz head for my project!
Hey there zedabyu! i can see your having a hard time with filling out all of the holes on the model, maybe you could try water sanding, water sanding is after you sand the model, you then put some water on the model itself, and then sand it again, and the dust particles from the previous sanding would fill out any holes and cracks, i just wanted to give out that information for you!
i never realised that chuckles has similar body type and overalls as Wario. Would you be down to do some Mario 3D printed figures in the future? That'd be so cool!

This was a very interesting video to see. If I may make a suggestion. For bigger projects, why not use tree supports? I’m not sure if you were ever recommended to try to use tree supports before, but I think it would help reduce the amount of resin used in your prints. Of course you should test the tree supports on a smaller scale to make sure it prints properly. If you need any other suggestions, ask the comments.
@@zedabyu I think one of Uncle Jessy’s UA-cam videos talks about tree supports. Though, I think that video is used for filament prints and I’m not 100% sure if it’s works with resin prints. One thing I forgot to mention in my previous post is that the tree supports may work best of the print is hollow.
