Would like to know, if witness has given unfavorable statement against his own Affidavit for Civil case and later realized that he/she made mistake now what are the reason to be mentioned for Hostile application which court can consider positive and allow for hostile witness re examine. Kindly suggest..
Thanks for prompt reply. It meant just write hostile application with general reason like it was old cae or questions was not relevant there forget to talk
