Presently like your setup I also using Samsung 4k TV & Samsung Atmos Q600A sound bar .
Now i have plan LG OLED TV, & I have come to know that like LG C2 not compatible with Samsung Atmos sounds bar .
How to check proper compatibility Sound bar & TV of different brand . ( As at present my sound quality is excellent) .
Soundbar will work if both are new released within 3-4 years. Even in my samsung soundbar with samsung tv i have sound issues with certain apps in dolby atmos content like in zee5, hotstar.
Soundbar should work with any tv with hdmi earc, issues may come with specific content.

earc is back compatible with arc, but arc port and cable can not be reverse compatible to earc.

Sir agar optical port use kar rahe honge phir toh humme do remote lekr bethna hoga naa TV ke remote se sound up and down mute nhi work karegi soundbar ki jabki HDMI Arc ma karegi, haina?
do remote chahiye but kuch tv me ek hi remote se soundbar bhi control ho jata hai universal mode me even in optical connection.

no hdmi arc port of tv only works with hdmi arc of tv, that's why we need hdmi to optical converter.

agar tv 4k aur ott plan dolby atmos wala hai aur soundbar atmos hai to tv me hdmi arc se bhi atmos milega kyoki ott apps using dolby digital plus for atmos that can pass through hdmi arc.

watch this video I have already tested atmos over hdmi arc, ott apps using lossy atmos that is over dolby digital plus that can pass over hdmi arc that support dolby digital bandwidth.
earc required to pass dolby True HD that is loss less atmos found on blu ray player.
