THANK YOU! I am especially grateful for the keyframe tip for lowering and increasing the volume. I have been duplicating my music tracks to allow one section to be quieter at a time and it has been such a pain. This is a game-changer for me!
Thanks! I really like what you can do with the beat marks, that looks like a great feature! I usually edit on my smartphone, but I am trying to move to using my PC. What I can't figure out is how to preview a song track that I have chosen from the 100+ songs that are downloaded on my PC. I have a 2-hour timeline that I want to fill with different songs throughout the video. I can click import and then select downloads, which brings up the big list of songs on my PC. But I would like to sample the track before I insert it into the timeline. Is that possible?
Hi Vince, thanks for this tutorial. As a newbie I highly appreciate it. I normally start with the video edit first and later on add the music. But it looks it should be the other way around. Am I correct?
I would like to see some tips on Audio stitching. For example I want to play the intro and then stitch or forward to the chorus. It takes a long time to try and match the beats on the small timeline. Is there a way to zoom into the audio for minor adjustments to seamlessly stitch a beat?
Could you share a video that explains what I'm watching now, for instance, how you are recording your monitor in real-time with the mask showing your face?
Thanks for the video Vince! I have one audio editing question. I have my individual movieclips on one time line and added some sound effects on its own time line. When I make some adjustments and shorten or lengthen one movie clip and the whole video got shorter/longer than the individual audio clips (like SFX) do not move and and are now at the wrong place. How can I overcome that or is this just editor life 😅?! Many thanks in advance!
Hello. How can I hear audio on PC when scrubbing to isolate exactly the word I need removed? Premiere Pro has this through the speakers, but I cannot figure out how to get audio on scrubbing via my PC speakers. Thanks
He used shure sm7b. Expensive mic but you can try out fifine or maono mics, they make pretty good ones for a tight budget. The dynamic ones are pretty good.
I shoot video at Disneyland and my mic picks up all the background noises, other voice etc. I want to hear me clearly when I am talking. I am using the hollyland lark m2 mic. Totally new to this whole process.

I have always taught that audio is the most important part of a video

In what world is that controversial? Literally veryone says audio quality is more important than video quality.
