I'd like to get into pulling in the next year or so and I'm torn on what tractor to start with. I'm thinking of pulling in the 5-6k pound range. I'm torn on a Farmall M or a JD A or G or maybe an AC WD45. What do you think would be the best beginner tractor?
@@roostercogburn2600 all are good choices I started on a z moline and this 60 is my first tractor that I bought and built myself. I love John’s Deere but WD45 would have the most horsepower to weight starting out but totally personal preference.
Been wondering the same thing. I’m also considering a Farmall M or an AC WD45, or Maybe an Oliver 77 or 88? But I’d really love a Cockshutt 40 or 50 or Co Op EP3 or EP5, just to have something nobody else seems to have down here. 😊
Favorite Tractor
When I was 8 years old I learned to drive a John Deere 60 tractor. I drove the tractor that pulled a wagon while hauling hay out on our fields.
You need to pull a load to seat the rings or put it on a dyno
