The birds will be happy. Normally I would disc seed like that in very lightly but I believe the stumps would brake the blades on a nice disc like that fine Rhino you have or any other brand for that matter.
Well, since we had the place mulched there are no stumps in our way to worry about. And we seemingly dodged the bird bullet, we already have a lot of good germination!
I am glad to hear that you got quick germination. Keep the plastic tub of your spredder out of direct sun light and you children will use it when you are very old sitting on the porch in a rocking chair reliving the day you got it. GOD Bless Earl
Shhh... we don't point out when I make mistakes :p You are correct - darn Japanese tractor was using km/h and I did not notice it until editing the video. Ooops.
I like the agitator in the seeder bottom.....better than those I've had before that simply stir the bottom.
Well then I am glad I got those shots for you!
A good idea for future broadcast planting use a cultipacker in the future for better ground contact. You will see even better results in germination.
Agreed. I don't have one :-(
Find a local auction house they can be really cheap I want to say I paid less then $200 for mine.

How did it go? Did you get any feed or biomass or grain? Is there a follow up vid or anything like that? Love the channel. Keep the vids coming!
Great vid!! Isn't it closer to speed 3, because of the km/h conversion.

I just use an old single set allis chalmers drag disk. Plant seeds and run it over them. PRAY FOR RAIN....
We sure could use a bit more rain, to be sure!
Tim Beverly do you disk it again after seeding
cheers
