The nice thing about this oscillator is that you can conbine waveforms in your mixer. Output several waves to different inputs on the mixer and get different combinations. I have 2 of these Osc's that I use in my 2500 system to drive my 1050 mix/sequencer. Cheers
Yes it is a great unit, I have blended the wave's, but I found if I blended the pulse and saw, they seemed to cancel each other out, I am using the Behringer CP3A-M mixer, have you found this?
@@DisciplinedCommotion yes it is easy to create cancellation. That happens cause the waveforms are exactly the same pitch. If you have one louder than the other you can get some suble changes. try plugging into different mixers so you can flip the phase of one of the waveforms. Have fun.
Cheers Andy, it is a lovely sounding module, I will be using it on this weeks HWJ weekend challenge, just the 2600 VCO for sound source , looper and delay :)
Glad it has a doodah slider, it makes all the difference 😂 Lo❤️e your videos, you might not know the terminology, but you make better music, than a lot of the people who know all the high fluting words (terminology).
@@DisciplinedCommotion Oh, that's nice. With the tuning knob of the Moog labyrinth it is tricky indeed, turning it just a little bit makes a big change in tune. And yes, I did read your answer, I just haven't found time yet, but I will, rest assured. 🙂
Looks like a bit of the Odyssey they've put in a bag for you. Hope you found the screws. Looking forward to a demo from you, I know you'll do a proper job. I did have an Atari 2600. But that's a different story 😅
Ooooo new toy! 🙂 The slide nut things drive me crazy lol The Vco sounds great! Your case is all most full too!!🙂 Great video! 🙂💜
Cheers, yeah it seems to have a different tonal character :)

@@moogfooger cheers thanks for your insight and tip :)
Nice one, Tim. All my behringer stuff has proved solid so far. Sounds really good 👍
Yeah, it seem to have a good pulse width range, I have no complaints about Behringer :)
Nice one, DC! It sounds mighty fine to my ears!

Sounding good .Mate! Digs! Cheers!;-)!

You can't beat a doodah :) thank you for watching and your lovely comment :)
That frequency slider looks a bit tricky... Sound's good though. I'm looking forward to your putting that thing to good use! 👍😊
The slider isn't that tricky, tunes quite easily. ( I don't know if you saw my answer to the CD Q )

Yeah tiny odyssey, I found the screws. I do demo it later in the video, not a jam though :)
