but after removing it from the water dont we need to dry it for days ? I mean wont the ic's or other components get wet and leaked inside ???

You heat them in a lab oven to dry.

If IC's weren't watertight, they would degrade over time merely from humidity in the air.

I dry my electronics after wash in a conventional oven at 70C for 12hrs.

No, a liquid temperature of around 25°C (Deg) is used and the bath only bubbles. This helps to remove residues.
