Thank you for creating our new drinking game we call it “obviously” .. we watch your vids and every time you say obviously we take a sip.. obviously we’re smashed by the end of one episode.. can’t wait for the next drinking session to watch your next video
Appreciate the review, thanks! I'm narrowing down my electric chainsaw of choice. On a different note, please consider wearing protective gear. That chain speed is plenty fast for a nasty accident
@@GoneTravelingOZ We all know we should don PPE, but I also let it slip for when it's "just a few cuts" 🤦♂ I've also been eying the STIHL MSA 220 C-B, but actually just purchased the new 18" DeWalt DCMCS574. The main reason was that DeWalt has a bigger selection of battery operated tools, so it's future proofing myself. Plus the batteries are significantly cheaper. Imagine this new saw is more or less the same as your DCM575 but with a longer bar and metal bucking spikes.
@@GoneTravelingOZ I suspect we have different styles of camping 😁 Can’t imagine strapping and electric saw and batteries to my backpack here in the Scandinavian wilderness… unless the missus can be convinced to carry it 🤔
hi, thanks for the review. apparently other people have mentioned about the plastic tensioner and also that the bar and chain get slack after a few minutes of use and that the mounting point of the bar melt from high temp. also there is not steel bucking spikes. I was about to order the chainsaw but those reviews put me off. have you had any updates on this?
Hey mate Mines been fine soo far I don’t use mine to a heap of wood at a time usually enough for the night to burn I also try to keep timber around arm size makes for easier cutting hopefully that’s answered your question? If you have any other questions feel free to ask Thanks for watching 👌👍🏻
