Caesar's Virginia looks good but, I see people smoking just like at River's Casino in Portsmouth VA. And Secondhand smoke is bad for me because I don't smoke. However, 12% of Americans smoke and despite the evidence of secondhand smoking being harmful, let's put everybody at risk to please 12% of people. As a Libertarian, I maintain the Libertarian stance that "people should be allowed to do whatever they want if they aren't directly hurting others or the rights of others" - smoking in an enclosed building open to the public counts as "hurting others". Amazing how the state changes the law for a casino without first asking the voters. Although Maryland casinos are all non-smoking.
