Another safety concern I know they are keeping in mind is the JLG’s , boom basket lifts , the Ironworkers are in have to be in a position so when each piece is cut that piece will not swing out at them from the energy in that piece. The energy I am referring to comes from the amount of stress the collapsing of the bridge put on that piece .

Some brainstorm ideas, how to use the small emergency side channels when cleared:
    - Barge platforms towed by a tugboat that can pass through the temporary emergency channel
    - Floating cranes that are strong and large enough to transfer containers at sea from ships to these barge platforms. The same idea can also be used to slowly unload the container ship at the bridge. Also good enough to pull free if the ship is not taking water
    - It is many Sisyphus work, but small drops to keep the harbor alive until the main channel is free

So has found the dead bodies in the missing vehicles? All have been mentioned is the 6 dead crew workers which made it sounds like only 6 crew workers were killed and no one else. I don't believe so. There are more missing vihicles and people trapped in the vehicles killed. But why all media didn't even mention that, to make audience feel no more victims. That's disgusting and fooling the public.

There aren't anymore people. CBS has said that 60 cars went into the water. There lying to us to make it seem worse than it was for viewership. There's even an interview with the man who was the last car to cross the bridge. If you watch the many vidoes out there you can see that the cars were off the bridge when it collapsed. Thank goodness for the quick response by the police. Just more poor journalism to get you worked up for your views.

They have to remove weight first. You don't cut pieces that can affect the stability first. There's 50' of structure below the water which divers will have to cut. The last thing you want to do is make it harder for them by have those big sections fall completely under.
