great vid Rohan I also have the Pro22k-Leg 2 but don't know how to clean the iron cast gril. Please advise me which type of BRUSH you use for the cleaning of the iron cast gril grate. i currently use stainless steel brushes. will this material harm the coating of the cast iron gril grate? pls advise, thanks
Hey man, just as a very late reply, you can season/coat the grill yourself. Clean the grill first thoroughly with soap and water, then prepare a batch of coal like you normally would for the bbq. (Cycle:) Take some paper towels and vegetable oil (or other oil with high smoke point) and evenly coat your grill in the oil. Take another clean paper and wipe off as much as you can, then put it on top of the burning coals (lowest setting). Leave it for about 30-40 minutes, take it off again and let it cool down. Then when it’s cooled down, repeat the process starting from where I wrote “Cycle:” earlier. Repeat for 3-4 times, the more the better, and it will be completely coated, invincible. Afterwards you can clean it with an iron or stainless steel brush and it’ll be fine, just don’t use soap ever. If the grill starts to stick to the meat at some point, start the whole coating process again.
Parfait 👏👍

Jeeez, let the meat rest first !
Steak was probably bland. Throw some real seasoning on that steak.
You call that a sear? Smdh
