All of these recipes serve 2, so if you want more, double it.
***Classic Piña Colada Recipe
½ cup Coco Lopez
½ cup pineapple juice
2 shots rum
1.5 cups ice
whipped cream /cherries (optional)
***Healthy Piña Colada Recipe 1 - Banana Edition
½ cup coconut milk
½ cup frozen pineapple
2 shots rum
½ banana (ripe if possible)
whipped cream /cherries (optional)
***Healthy Piña Colada Recipe 2 - Honey Edition
½ cup canned pineapple chunks
½ cup coconut yogurt
¼ cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
1 tbsp honey
2 shots rum
1.5 cups ice
For all versions, put it all in a blender. Then put whipped cream and a cherry on top if you want to.
