    100% correct, 20 years later, AI can actually change the character of inside sales team. Reat work Kyle. With more than 200million enterprise revenue at f500, observed exactly these problems, some additional feedback; add a bi-weekly meeting to discuss the how to execute discussed strategic ideas, with a marketing person (psychology background) and an end to end AI agent developer . Without this, this will not work.

    Not too old. The older employees have decades of knowledge which can be leveraged to create completely new Business Processes which add , bottom line revenue oriented value add.
