I am need this information because in my area so much illegal activieties even criminal also, who want and knowing even copied. So i am need to encrypt all files and data. Specially just one user can read and write and execute, the other can't. Even to move or copied or edit need pass or encrypted also.

Encrypting a file or folders (if possible) is always a good idea in any environment.
