Thank you for making the only video I can find on cooking steak with an electric skillet. Everyone else just says to use a different pan but I don't have a normal stovetop so their videos are useless.
My mom is no longer around but when I was 8 years old her father give her the funds to buy a electric skillet for her birthday. That was 57 years ago. I remember she used to cook a lot Roasts with potatoes carrots and onions. Believe it or not I still have the electric skillet and it still works. Thank you for the video.

Thank you for the lesson. I just bought an electric skillet yesterday. It is round and smaller than yours but enough for just me and my husband. I cooked the vegetables first and then pork chops but I can see that your way of meat first and then vegetables is better because the meat juices can flavour the vegetables.
