I'm glad you used Yunli+Jiaoqiu together since her follow ups are treated as ultimate damage so she does get extra damage from the field (even the smallest amount of extra damage could make or break a 0 cycle) /and/ get the FuA buff up for this round of MoC

Eh she was always acheron level at e0 with that ult multiplier, can abuse Tingyun/huohuo and easier teambuilding (no need 2 nihilities). Downsides are needing more proactive gameplay, worse auto and non-hitting/low hit frequency enemies like the Eternal show trio
Acheron was hyped because she's HSR Raiden counterpart, Raiden has been one of Hoyo's most hyped character since HI3. She's pretty much Hoyo's mascot at this point.
Physical is the second most covered element. For AoE we have Clara and Argenti, one of which you're quite likely to have, as its a standard unit. And for ST we have Boothill, who ran not so long ago. So overall, while she's strong, her value is somewhat low anyway. Yes, Acheron's element counterparts kinda excel in exactly the same niche as her. But "kinda" is the key word here. Jing Yuan isn't anything crazy and Kafka's personal damage is kinda low. Plus their vertical investment is absolutely terrible, due to them being early units.
There are an equal amount of people who pull for cunny characters as those who pull for mommys. Yunli was passed over purely because she wasn't a unit that wipes the field clean. People are spoiled with Acheron/Firefly snapshots right now. Yunli like BH are incredibly strong units with good character design. They just don't go BRRR with brain dead gameplay (i.e turning autoplay on) so they skip.
Winning the gamble by abusing Aventurine's mechanics, forcing Aventurine to target Yunli? Sign me up for more of that! This may be one of the few edge cases in which you actually want to trigger his die phase, as most other scenarios would want you to bypass it instead. Excellent clear!
man, i am glad i saved and didnt pull for yunli because now i can get robin, but ugh, i really want her, hope she reruns soon and hopefully with some meh caracters in between, because thats why i cant get topaz, everytime she runs, theres a much banger char before or after, and i have to skip because i am poor
You can’t have that many good relics, especially wind and speed pieces for every support. And even for dps characters which synergize with specific sets, the set bonuses are only worth a few substats.
To make you feel better I have her but without her lightcone she is really missing a lot. Enemies just don't wanna target her lol and even worse with Tingyun we know how notorious her aggro is.

She doesn’t gain charges when using her own technique, only when her allies use theirs. But yes, you can spam others’ techs to gain more charges, up to a max of 3
