- In this segment its Daystate Red Wolf in .22 time. Slugs a plenty and let's see how the .22 Red Wolf does against the FX Impact in 25 , Which will be most accurate ? which will sling slugs the best ? Did I mention it was a hot day ?? Well it was ! CJ cant count it seems ? Have fun and enjoy.

Looks like .22 are shooting well 😉. My choice of slug is the wildmans 25 grain. My impact loves them. Liam sure makes nice ammunition 👏
He certainly does , I do like them , both guns love them !! The .22 loves Pro Hunter , Wildman and JSB loads ... but the video suggest different ?? how odd ??
I just picked some of the 25 wildman’s for my impcat. They do look like a well made slug that’s for sure. Looking forward to testing

Great shooting roger ! Its calm weather today and ive a day off work so it looks like im going out to test some more slugs in my .25 Redwolf and see how they go , you definatly have a point that your redwolfs barrel gets less slug fussy with age i have encountered the same thing
Its odd right ?? Mine seems to shoot anything now ?? I dont get it ??
@@TripleGRogerLait some say barrels need to be run in , others say they dont , but bottom line is the daystate redwolf is a tack driver with some slugs

Apparently you don't know about the programmer for the Red Wolf. This gives you thousands of tunes!
But the 3 from the factory are obviously made to eliminate the guesswork for the customer.
Some people have the money but not the time.
Its easier to purchase the Daystate and have 3 factory tunes established by professionals, that work perfectly for the user.
I don't have to buy slug liners, pellet liners, in between liners and spend countless hours and ammo, to figure out what works.
This is what you pay for in the Red Wolf.
And I appreciate FX. They make excellent rifles.
Buy both if you can afford it. 🎯
Mine has been on a programmer , it’s going back on one very soon . Little tweaks is all . It’s all working fine but would like to smooth it out a bit

Lovely ! I am not from the UK, but I thought I recognized your voice, so I looked back and searched and then I remembered , I watched all the ABC of HFT video's you made. That's where I recognized your voice from. Great stuff this. How you like the phoneskope? Good enough? I don;t want to spend hundreds of euro's/dollars/pounds whatever, just to get some scope footage. I would like to film stuff though.... Would you buy the phoneskope system again, or go with something like eaglevisioncam and GoPro?
Thanks buddy , Yes I did the ABC of HFT a good while ago for Fieldsports UK . That was great fun . As for the phoneskope ... I am going for the Eaglevision , first time out this weekend as it goes . Wish me luck !
Roger you’ve probably been asked this before but why not use a heliboard in your redwolf? Open up so much more possibilities and you’ll achieve more power to 👍🏼
Because I can just about wire a plug and make toast at best .. not clever enough sadly 😵. I hear they are ace though .
@@TripleGRogerLait lol! not for everyone I know fella. I tuned a Mk4is with one a wile back and I found it more interesting than tuning my fac mk2 impact. 😁
@@ashjackaman6230 My buddy has one and its amazing , I thought about one but to be honest , I did not think I could install it let alone use it . I will stick with the gun as is . Its dead good
