Rhythm Tengoku (Gameboy Advance) - Only released in Japan, but there is a fanmade translation called Rhythm Heaven Silver.
Rhythm Heaven (Nintendo DS)
Rhythm Heaven Fever (Nintendo Wii)
Rhythm Heaven Megamix (Nintendo 3DS, the one you're playing right now.)
Megamix is basically a "megamix" of minigames from the previous games, with a couple new ones added.
There are four games in every set. In each set, there's one from the GBA, DS, Wii, and a completely new one.
The game you saw in the TikTok is actually in the DS version, but unfortunately is not included in Megamix.
The series itself is called Rhythm Heaven. That tiktok was from the DS installment.
