It largely depends on the company culture, and sometimes it can be challenging to gain buy-in or implement new ways of working. I believe the best approach for me is to gain hands-on experience and explore this through my side project. This way, I won't need to invest too much energy in securing buy-in and can focus more on exploring and reaping the benefits of applying this framework.
