    Sounds delicious! You don't have to cook eggs so long to be hard-boiled. As soon as they boil, turn stove off and leave them in place with lid on for 8 minutes. It saves electricity and still produces hard-boiled eggs.

    WOW!!! This was an amazing dish. I absolutely loved it. The cheese on top got crunchy and the muffins puffed up . I didn’t have feta but I substituted for cream cheese. I will make this again and again! Very tasty and healthy vegetarian dish. Oh! I sprinkled a few imitation bacon bits in the filling…

    What a nice way to prepare a vegetable side dish! And anither thing I like is that these ingredients are pretty much things we already have in our fridge. Looks delicious. My husband and children would love this non-boring way to serve vegetables. Can’t wait to try!! Ty! :)

    You did a great job and I love all the ingredients but honestly, I would just mix it all up and make a fritata. Nothing is easier than that. I would still make that yummy sauce!

      I agree! The steps are each easy, but the whole thing is too time-consuming to make except on special occasions. I wonder how it would be as one big vegetable tart -- a zucchini-crusted quiche.

      No no it isn't. Tatziki has nothing to do with anything helenic. It comes from turkey and the ottoman empire. The Greek name was applied in the 19th century.

    💚 This is wonderful, we have been growing TONS of Zucchini easy and cheap for years, and have been making this since I was a kid, my Favorite Vegetable to grow and eat, and our Dogs love it too.💚

      Squash bugs - most challening this summer - ate some of the fowers so no zuchinni there but some zucs are still producing 1-2 zucs a day. Zucchini is incredible. Am dehydrating most of my zucs now for soups in winter.

    I made this but added bacon to the zucchini and pineapple to the mixture with cheese. It was delicious... a chore to make but so pretty for special occasions.

    I like the idea of just the zucchini muffins and maybe I will mix in the onion and bell pepper before I bake them. I just cannot eat all the cheesy stuff. But it looks really yummy! Thank you for the ideas!

    It's also possible to make a vegetarian (egg-less) and vegan versions of this recipe: substitute mashed potatoe or cornstarch as a binder instead of the eggs 💚🦜🌿

      Yeah, that is a LOT of egg. would prolly use it in the zucchini cups but not the filling. Also, feta and parm is a lot for me -- prolly do tofu instead of feta.

      There is a vegan egg substitute on the market so you can get the flavour. I do something similar but I also had some finely chopped quorn pieces.

    Mega super Idee das Gemüse Muffin Rezept. Ein Tip : Ich würde an Ihrer Stelle nicht den Vitamin C reichen Zucchinisaft raus pressen der Saft hat wichtige Mineralien Vitamin C sinst ist das Rezept super köstlich und gesund ! Wunderbar. 👌💕 Werde es für meinbPartner und für mich mal zubereiten aber muss erst solch Muffinform Behälter kaufen. Liebe Grüsse von Dine

    I have all the ingredients on hand! Making this right now! :D A super, fast, easy way to squeeze the wet zucchini is with a salad spinner. Works well for hashbrowns too.

    Посмотрела и сразу же приготовила. Это потрясающе вкусно! 👍👋👌 Спасибо вам! Правда с рецептом пришлось немного импровизировать, из за недостатка в холодильнике Feta. Поэтому добавила сыр Cheddar и яйцо также полностью. Получилось очень вкусно! Но я уверена по данному рецепту, будет ещё вкуснее! 🥰 Успехов вам! 🙏

    Sí, parece muy saludable, pero mucho mejor con menos aceite. Con untar el pincel y pasarlo por cada uno de los huecos para el muffins es suficiente.
    Además el parmesano le aporta más grasa y luego la salsa lleva también aceite...

      Have you ever tasted zucchini relish? That’s the only relish we use in our family now. My husband grows tons of zucchini every year and we make many bottles of zucchini relish. So delicious!!

    About the video title... To be honest, I can't imagine a family eating the same dish for a week and not having enough of it afterwards, no matter how delicious it is. Your recipe suggestions in the last few weeks are mainly about courgettes and again and again I read that you seem to prepare and eat them very often and somehow never get enough of them. In second place seems to be broccoli....
    I also find it unbelievable that in several different recipes you write as a title that you make the dish "every weekend" or "every day". You can't prepare and eat all the different dishes at the same time every weekend or every day = illogical.
    That's why I don't really find the video titles credible most of the time, especially since they often repeat themselves for different dishes.
    Can you actually get addicted to courgettes? ;-)

      If you've ever grown courgettes, you'll know that they tend to produce A LOT! Since it's quite a bland vegetable, people who grow them are always looking for creative recipes to use them up.

    Was mache ich mit dem Eigelb? Das ist Verschwendung. Ansonsten tolles Rezept. Idee: Na, dann lass ich das hartgekochte Ei ganz weg oder leg eine Spalte Ei so zum Muffin zum Essen dazu. 👍

      Ich denke das die gekochte Eier sind nicht unbedingt.
      Ansonsten Rezept ist fantastisch.

      Add the broken up pieces of yolk to the top of the muffin and add the sauce on top. No wastage and you get the goodness of the yolk too.

      Die gekochten Eigelbe kann man mit ein wenig Mayonaise oder Ketchup verrühren und damit eine Scheibe Vollkornbrot bestreichen. Da ich keine Wurst essen und Käse irgendwann langweilig war ist es eine gut Alternative. Wenn man Majo nimmt kann man fein gehackte saure Gurkenstückchen unterheben oder etwas scharfes Paprikapulver. Guten Appetit

    Rezept ist zu langwierig und immer und immer wieder kommt was dazu, wäre nicht meins. Steht man zu lange in der Küche
