Sí, parece muy saludable, pero mucho mejor con menos aceite. Con untar el pincel y pasarlo por cada uno de los huecos para el muffins es suficiente. Además el parmesano le aporta más grasa y luego la salsa lleva también aceite...

About the video title... To be honest, I can't imagine a family eating the same dish for a week and not having enough of it afterwards, no matter how delicious it is. Your recipe suggestions in the last few weeks are mainly about courgettes and again and again I read that you seem to prepare and eat them very often and somehow never get enough of them. In second place seems to be broccoli.... I also find it unbelievable that in several different recipes you write as a title that you make the dish "every weekend" or "every day". You can't prepare and eat all the different dishes at the same time every weekend or every day = illogical. That's why I don't really find the video titles credible most of the time, especially since they often repeat themselves for different dishes. Can you actually get addicted to courgettes? ;-)

Ansonsten Rezept ist fantastisch.
Add the broken up pieces of yolk to the top of the muffin and add the sauce on top. No wastage and you get the goodness of the yolk too.
