If anyone viewing this is having difficulties with their personal prog on a certain mech let me know, and I will try to help! I have cleared this multiple times solo now with near ilevel characters so I can help out as best I can! Apologies on the length, because of his class pick he was blitzing mechs so I wanted to keep some more raw mechs in for those to see how to do them for those looking to get value out of these for their own runs. Also kept a giant chunk in at the end, usually I cut those bitss out but kept since I presume those still into this series would enjoy this dialogue, but apologies if you wanted a more cut up version! If you have any more ideas for the series let me know below, we thought about streaming him on ignite servers instead of redoing these videos but I feel like that may fall flat. Review of Behemoth coming soon!
Yeah he cruised through this one like it’s nobody’s business, crazy how strong GL is for Voldis. Or shielding/push immunity in general. I took at least 3h on my first GS prog (solo) last week. Recently made the class, and the lack of good stagger/destruction/push immunity felt horrible. Also, she’s kinda squishy, had to switch to TTH to make it bearable. Ty for the videos as always.
Gunslinger is the complete opposite of gunlancer aha. So all the ease Mark had, you 100% wouldn’t have had the same experience. Apologies on the delay friend, I rushed it out as fast I could aha
@@IntoTheCrawlspace Absolutely. It was brutal for me. Good coaching on your part, Mark did pretty good on his own too i’d say. Well done on his clear, and thanks as always for the videos. Looking forward to the eventual Thaemine solo series.
Been pondering that, trying to gauge interest in the comments especially with ignite servers on the horizon. I think I will get a final video to wrap this series with his final thoughts 100%
Agreed once you understand his basic patterns it becomes a breeze and super fun to pump huge numbers that previously were unattainable. New players I imagine hate the blood mech though until they get comfortable with it.
looks like he finally build some gaming muscle memory with the class, before it felt like he was playing while being held down by 200LB. not bad overall,
I don’t know, solo voldis seems a lot more relaxed than regular voldis. Assuming people did the previous raids up the way as they leveled I don’t think this raid should pose that much of a challenge for those focused on solo content compared to Akkan, Brel or clown.
The community guide builds are pretty min maxed, but not perfect. If you ever were going to play an off meta build, solo would be the place to test it, because of a lot of gatekeeping practices that takes place in public lobbies. If you’re alluding to something like the pain of running entropy builds in solo, there typically is somewhere to find an alternative build than entropy. Slow entropy back attackers probably would have it the worst in solo so adapting a build might be necessary. Main downside is when/ if you translate into public lobbies is that the comfort with the main entropy build won’t necessarily be there.
@@IntoTheCrawlspace i was honestly expecting him to struggle alot with the traps in g2 but he passed it very quickly also i don't know why you guys switched to red blue is way way easier to do these raids on
I definitely thought he was gonna struggle with traps, mainly because based on Akkan his dps would have been low and we would need the trapped state for max dps windows. I cut it out but he basically whiffed throwing traps immediately after his stagger hits every time though so that followed my expectations aha. We swapped because a lot of the people commenting hated two things, 1 how easy it was since he was perma shielded on blue and didn’t need to be positional either, or 2 that I was telling him the mechs in realtime and forcing his play. So I did what I could without removing myself from my own video lol
Would like if you could just sit there and watch. Without helping him out every single callout. Probably just answering questions and laughing upon dying
I think a large portion of the audience would want to see this too. He isn’t so much learning or doing as much as he is following my barking call. In reality a lot of these videos show a fraction of the gameplay and he typically is doing most of the mechs with my silence in call, it’s typically the first run at a mech that I’m barking out calls. Part of my reasoning is there is a bunch of people watching this to see how the mechs are resolved in realtime and I’m attempting to show the process in realtime in which it is solved, but my explanations are rushed and clunky and probably doesn’t help anyone let alone Mark. I will ponder this for future mark iterations, Appreciate the suggestion friend!
17:13 Yes. That being said your panic comms in the moment don't seem very helpful when the guy has no clue what he is doing. After watching this honestly I think an option to two man solo mode would be so much more helpful just so you could actually go in there and show him what to do on mechs instead him just fumbling around waiting for the comms. After clearing this a couple times even he would still 100% be killing people in pug lobbies just because of his positioning alone among other things.
My comms are 100% atrocious. A lot of the time I don’t expect him to prog as far as he does so I don’t think to explain the next mech or a basic pattern slips my mind. The 1 second video delay also doesn’t help. Mark is not even remotely ready for a solo clear by himself you are right.

I have been waiting for this!!!! Love these vids
Apologies on the delay! Appreciate the continued viewing!
Loving this series!! Great content man, gl with 10k subs! :D
Appreciate it my friend. Maybe one day!
Seen all the series, good idea I liked them a lot, and is good for the game.

You can tell he feels a lot more comfortable with the class. 10/10
He was definitely blanking on mechs, but I did feel he had a groove with the class, more than the runs before.
Appreciate it friend!
waaait he was clearing raids without leveled tripods? he's cracked. a GOAT.
The most notable lack of tripods would have been his Akkan prog, which seems to be a large part of his reason why it was a 6 hr prog lol
he's back!!
Apologies on the delay, he has been honing his excavating skills
he looks way more comfortable playing in this one. hope he enjoyed the prog this time!
The 6 hour prog on Akkan was draining, the experience on voldis was much better.
Appreciate the comment friend!
Loved the series do you plan on making a video of final conclusion from the series with some opinions from Mark?
Been pondering that, trying to gauge interest in the comments especially with ignite servers on the horizon. I think I will get a final video to wrap this series with his final thoughts 100%
fun video! teacher doesnt know gate 2 armor mech lol
Let mark cut a 40 set now and see if he still wants to play after that 😂
Damn elixirs into transcendence would be the end of mark lol
Elixirs are okay but trans makes me want to alt f4
@@drgremory5275narrator: elixires were not ok
Mark is basically toasted on elixir and trans xD
can we see mark in his first group raids next loved the solo runs
Hmm let me ponder on this,
Appreciate the idea friend!
Idk why so many people hate Gate 2, its one of my favourites in the game since u can just giga pump with the resets

i finally catch up to him 🙏
Thaemine next :0
@@IntoTheCrawlspace i wish, until solo mode for thaemine comes
haha a very funny vid, grats on the clear
Appreciate you sticking around for all them friend!
Perfect TS on stagger :D
He will solve domain expansion, he just needs to somehow get to gate 4 thaemine…

not bad overall,
200lb minimum,
appreciate the comment friend!
You should have Mark watch you play the solo raids as a commentary run to show him how it is properly done.
I may have him watch me play through clown, since he never saw it to completion.
appreciate the idea friend!
Imagine new people with no direction. It shouldn’t be this hard

Do you think builds should be a bit different for solo raids? Or is there not much room to change from the normal builds

I was shocked how much ease he had, especially coming off that Akkan prog
