The problem is that human form is still a bit too powerful, that's why pve weapon like blood moon works great.
Yeah it needs to be nerfed hard but i think its the issue with the abilities in general and how they work not the numbers

Blood moon is far from pve wep we use them in small scale on the back line just like halbed
