The reason they don't move is a lot of landlords won't accept Section 8. Some tenants have mobility issuing making moving an even bigger pain and most places have stairwells.
Hey man just gotta say thank you for everything, but I got a question When you are working like deep working what music do you listen, and do you have a playlist?
Not talked about as much because people assume section 8 has only nightmare tenants which isn't true. And a 600k home is fine if that house will be worth 700k in a few years this model is more based on cheap properties with higher rent so you will cash flow on these properties but these properties will never appreciate in value most of the time, unlike that 600k home.
To own property is the American dream and it’s the way to passive income wealth that all the self-help entrepreneurs say… But we all know how very expensive home ownership is. So the alternative is to go the section 8 route to become a slumlord? Why not ask Myron Gaines how being a slumlord is working out for him.
@@coolnchilled2456 Why is he talking about this? He wants to create competition for himself? Or maybe it didn't work as well as before and he would like to sell a course on how to do it
@@o0mosF the catch is your tenants turn your house into a crack house and after they get arrested you got to renovate the house to start over again Also good look finding a 60k house

Rather the Fed money go into my pocket and not Ukraine funding. People will always need somewhere to stay. The more I think about it, the less immoral I believe it is

Its because of the wrong ideas people have about section 8, if you screen properly you wont have bad tenants (of course there are bad apples)
Brandon " How you get evicted on Section 8" 😂😂😂 too funny. A very valid question

Biggest catch is the tenants aren’t ideal and trash the home but you can prevent that by pre screening tenants before hand

@@anthonylombardo4829 there is no catch. You vet the tenants. And theres thousands of move in ready properties ranging from 60-75k...youre an idiot
