Wow Julie, I’m sorry that you had to listen to so many negative comments, please forgive them. Your podcast is a true blessing for those of us who truly want to learn how to better ourselves. It’s obvious you are taking notes because several times you referred back to the notes when you asked a question or reiterated what he was saying. This is a very deep subject and he spoke very quickly. I don’t blame you if your eyes glazed over from time to time because of the overload of information, I know mine did. But we can play it over and over again and listen to what he’s saying, and make sense of it our own time. I won’t pass judgment on you, or anyone else, especially when someone is taking the time to provide us valuable information to make this world a better place.

Beautiful. I noticed there's, indeed, a pattern there on those comments, when people are more attracted to the finger than to the sun that it's pointing to... It produces a different geometry in which the soul collects other kind of information, but if we can gently relax while witnessing, a fresh field of divine neutrality arises easily, breaking our own patterns (of judging, for example, or being caught in indignation)... In this case, when you write those kind and appreciative words, you modify the field by expressing yourself not condemning but highlighting what's relevant for you.
It's been a delicious recurrent revelation lately, and the comments section has become an amazing gym for staying unshakable and relaxed in awareness, allowing the reality to be as it is... Thank you for your loving kindness. It made me smile and have hope 🙌♥️🙏

it's just so amazing that as i was about to cancel my Gaia subscription, you reintroduced Dr. Gilbert to me. I watched his series before, but now i think about it, i was not even close to being at the consciousness level to understand what he was saying. Thanks to you as i relooked at his Gaia series it starts to make a lot more sense, albeit still hard at times. Just seems like a calling to me to invest time in learning about this a lot more.

I completed the beginner and advanced biogeometry courses at the beginning of last year and to say they were life-changing doesn't even come close to how profoundly it impacted my life. I feel that these courses should be mandatory teaching in all schools.

This is a wonderful introduction to our inner self. The only hindrance is the mind. Before we go too deep into our light, our mind should be stilled, which means having control over our thoughts, which, if not addressed, can lead us to unwanted consequences in later years of our lives. Take this wonderful technique and while inside, ask to be shown the way to erase the negative thoughts, feelings, emotions and desires from our inner bodies, so they do not grow with the light and become uncontrollable like a team of wild horses. This quieting the mind is a different path but one of the most crucial paths before we become "full of light". There is no greater peace than a quiet, contemplative mind.
Your own "self realization" is the greatest thing that can be offered to this world.

I’m so interested in this but such a beginner, anyone suggest a real beginner’s guide
Each one of us have a unique path to achieving our desires. Wright your desires on a mirror or something you view daily. Some learn to use a pendulum or other dowsing device as when going inside, our thoughts get in the way and keep us from going deeper. The pendulum can be used to spin the thoughts out of the way to go deeper and deeper. Look for doors, windows, stairs, elevators inside, as well as switches to turn on. Make this or other processes you find a part of your life, as the further you go inside, the closer your higher self will advance to your conscience. You are vast inside, many thoughts and beings have access to our mind, and the pendulum spinning can spin them into consciousness and return them to the source. Your higher self will advance closer as it's seat is in the middle of your brain. You will know when your higher self is fully present, as there will be no where to find darkness or space, only light, joy and peace, permanently. It will take many years but will be filled with great reward if pursued.
Also, quieting the mind can be accomplished by chanting mantras like the gayatri mantra, found by searching for "Famous Powerful Gayatri Mantra 108 Times | Om Bhur Bhuva Swaha" on youtube. This mantra in one of the most powerful and protective mantras used for many eons. The vibrations from the lyrics open 24 light channels to the brain and body, allowing us to go deeper with confidence. Let this mantra become part of your being, and recite it anytime or place, quietly in the mind, or out loud. Listening to it thousands of times will allow your mind to correctly pronounce it. Chanting this mantra will fulfill all desires, and is beyond description. It will help you acquire divine knowledge for your path, and at the same time remove obstacles that are holding you back. Remember, your desires will be acquired, so choose them wisely.

I started my own Sacred Geometry journey, by connecting circles. This is the basis of it all. These patterns can be reduced down to one fundamental law. All is RELATED to all in infinite ways. Logically, we can't learn all of these ways; but like he said, you can take packed thought forms and transmit TONS of information in an instant.
The further we go down this rabbit hole, the weirder, but at the very same time, simpler, it all gets. It is reductionistic, and expansive or FRACTAL and HOLOGRAPHIC in nature. Meaning that you see the same patterns repeating over and over again as you expand through time and space, or dimension, or alternate Universes infinitely, and the same goes for when you shrink down through those same categories that I mentioned, infinitely.
Thus, one of the lessons you learn, is that you can look at your human body, and examine it; and discover both the secrets of the Macro (all that is external to your body up to the very size and shape of the Universe), and the secrets down to the Sub-quantum realm.
Sacred Geometry is the basis of Numerology, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, History, Time, Dimensions, Magick, Telekinesis, Teleportation, Languages, Art, Energy, Computing, Rotation of all the celestial bodies in the Cosmos, AI... basically, it is THE code of the MATRIX.
Learn it, and learn it well; and you learn the RULES of the GAME OF LIFE. This gives you LEVERAGE to do whatever it is that you want to do.

There are many people pioneering this field. One guy looks at it from the position of looking at patterns of ancient history and then going forth into the far, FAR distant future. You learn how these NUMBERS are repeated over and over again at various magnifications... and they're drawn from measurements of angles from the platonic solids, which show these proportional relationships between the sun, the moon, the earth, the rotation, the year and the Great Year, and just so many other things.

I am 63 years old after living in NY all of my life moved to a very ramote location in Kentucky. I have spent the last 4 years learning how to live without continuous stimulation, noise, and interaction with people. I literally felt a "withdrawal"! It was uncomfortable, and it felt like something was wrong when something was terribly right for the first time in my life! After spending many years on my spiritual journey, I could really take the journey within myself that is so necessary to find truth and do the shadow work. Well, I live in upstate NY so not sure where you were here. There is definitely some pretty heavy energy especially in the cities. However, where I am, I bought a nice plot of land with amazing energy acres of pond, richest black loam organic soil, many forests and diverse protected wildlife and began my awakening journey grounding there. NY isn't all bad!!

The experiences described by Dr Gilbert about 31 minutes into the video, I had those several times. In the beginning, it was like snowflakes inside your brain, then the shape of a face appears, accompanied by vibrations all over the torso into the limbs. More recently, I had waves of purple light in my head.
I now found out that in the book of Genesis, it is recorded that Jacob had a FACE to FACE encounter with God at a place called PENU-AL. This clearly points to the PINE-AL.

The one thing I think he overlooks is the five Platonic solids are not of the Sphere, but the torus field. Reality is not static but in motion. This adds in the polarity, the rise and fall, the pixel and the wave, the ability for the form to take on new qualities with each return to the crucible of core at center, the passing through the event horizon is an aspect of alchemy. I just watched an interview with another gal named Kim on Simply Always Awake channel talking about her awakening process. She explains how when she walks, it's like walking in a torus. I have had the mer ka ba field activated and I stood in the center and had that same feeling of being in a tube torus. I died in 2010 and remember "crossing over" and I was floating in a star filled sky. Then one by one the platonic solids showed up but each was a different color though colors I can't even explain and they buzzed and snapped with what seemed like super charged electrical current. I felt as if they were just there to look at me and wanted me to see them.

While explaining things he made a contradictory statement about people using stones or crystals for healing or energy, that there was no energy there if we understand modern science that computers are silicon chips loaded with information. Then stated in our focus to moving energy into other people or objects if we understand the vibrational values like a quartz we focus down to the center to release its energy 🤔! He needs to clarify or restate what he said. This statement sound like a man walking through a large garden focusing on the other side. While in his journey he is missing the aroma of the vegetation, a bee collecting pollen from a flower, a caterpillar nourishing itself for the transformation to become a butterfly, and the gentile breeze the bends the grass it passes through. Everything is energy to its finest form is vibrational light waves and is a live creation interconnected.

You’d be surprised, most classes cost this, if not more. Whether I was looking into mediumship development or say SEO optimization for website growth, most classes run about this much. I guess it depends on what people are looking for and what they determine as valuable learning tools. Some people spend double and triple this amount for law of attraction mentors 🤷♀️

A benefit of being a BioGeometry student is having tools (& training) to empirically test the results of practices. I tested for gold around my head after the meditation & my horizontal pendulum was in such a strong rotation that I stopped testing to prevent damaging it. I tried the meditation (1st time) - I saw cloud-like movement in blue & slight gold; my head & chest became very warm; I could swear I saw an eye with eyelashes… freaked me out & I almost backed out, but I stayed. Very calming. Loved it. Will do that again. Thank You! ❤

Yea I see eyes a lot also, pretty normal. Its probably the eye of God. Cant tell you for sure. But, the eye or providence in freemasonry, we've all grown up seeing that image. A pyramid is a vortex generator. So, the eye in the tip is basically a lot like this lesson. As the energy comes to the tip of the vortex, we are connected into the mind of God. (is one way to look at it). Watchers... sure... Other Gods of the world, possibly. Im just using God as a basic term we all understand. Some would say its the eye of the Earth, Nature, etc... You seen the eye, thats very good for you. Keep it up, keep asking for answers to reveal themselves to you, so your not having to look for them, that they actually present themselves to you (while in that mode) if you wish, and you will see, the question or lessons are answered and provided everytime.
You were looking at your own third eye. It happens early on the path of opening up your third eye. Congratulations! You will see visios more often that are unique images sent by your own soul to guide you. Write down what you see and date it. Blessings

Wow that short energy clearing was incredibly powerful. I wasn’t expecting the emotional release that came, it was quite intense and I stood there tears streaming down my face in my kitchen and my dogs barking at me! Thank You. This is a very interesting interview, I am so drawn to sacred geometry and I have several crystals shaped in these designs. I often dream about them and there is one shape that I dream about that seems to be a piece of one and it is always presented in gold to me as part some sort of alchemy. Sometimes it is given to me as a gift as a necklace or I see it spinning at the top of pyramid, I have also seen it seen adorned on the forehead of a spirit guide. It is a triangle with circles at each point with another triangle in the center and 3 lines that run from each point to the center.

I hear good things about personal growth and inner peace - which I love and I get that - but then all I hear are some loose explanations of how inner peace and our personal growth are seemingly related to some pattern established in math/physics/chemistry/etc., as if they are the same thing or literally connected?
I can see how these relations can help one visualize things or make it easier for some to be guided in some imaginative or even spiritual sense, but just because there are parallels in topics, from different fields - and somebody figuratively relates them - that does not mean that they are actually connected. It’s simply just that - figurative.
I’m hoping to get a genuine response, if anybody has the time here.

I hate this metaphysical word salad. Teach. Followable. Steps. I don't CARE about the other stuff. I'm also not a fan of teachings these days that rely on active meditation. I'm ADHD I cannot sit and actively think about nothing. The best I've ever come to meditating is mantra focusing or the gateway Monroe stuff.
"Close your eyes and just picture" shut it. Most people can't do that. I'm glad you can. Yes I'm angry. This is important information that's been covered up, mixed up, and made hard on purpose and now people are just making money instead of actually teaching. HOW THE F DO I UNDERSTAND THIS? Thanks.

I regularly get the visions of clouds and geometric forms during meditation, but it usually takes at least 20 minutes for it to start happening. I had always wondered what it was and thought it was just my mind playing tricks on me. No other meditation video had ever mentioned it before. I'm going to continue my meditations focusing on my centers rather than my breathing and see where it takes me.

What he missed about the "popularized imagery" with sacred geometry and bright colors: Those images originated from people "seeing" these shapes and colors in our meditations, out of body experiences, dreams and even in waking visions. He said that several states or steps are skipped when you start with the pattern. He also said that non-physical, non-verbal communication is much more rapid than being limited by words. Yes.
I knew nothing about sacred geometry or patterns until they were "shown" to me while i was awake! When I was just waking up in the morning or startled awake, I opened my eyes, and my entire ceiling and walls were covered with the neon-pink pattern of hexagons interlinked and with great depth!
I later saw other patterns and even individual shapes that also "appeared" to me. I'm suggesting that these ultra-brightly colored shapes and patterns seen in 1960s media or in paintings actually originated from such visions. It seemed that he somewhat diminished these images as "skipping to the end without starting at the begining". When these images are shown to us or we are able to see them, especially when no drugs are involved, I don't think the divine has decided or judged that we skipped several geometric steps.
Certainly there is more to access through putting our attention on the center of the center with attention placed on the geometric shape, but for me, I had already done that through deep meditations that brought me to the center. At no point was I told by Source, hugher-self that "I skipped a step" because I didn't think of it as geometric shapes.
I truly appreciate all of this information, but I would appreciate it if he might give validation to the idea that many have gone to the center and experienced, seen these things, through receiving bundles of thoughts and information and then receiving the patterns.
Forgive me, but how the hell do I envision a spot behind my forehead??? How is one supposed to visualize this? I'm so sick of people saying half of what they've heard and not fully understanding it.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this meditation. For some, it's hard to visualize, and it's easier to feel or sense what's being said. Perhaps try it again and even put your finger in the center of your forehead and feel or sense that energy radiating behind your finger. I hope that helps!
So, I had a strange experience during the third-eye mediation. I saw an outpouring of crosses. Very vivid. Bright and glowing. Very psychedelic. The crosses just kept coming, one after the other. The interesting thing is that I have been a practicing Buddhist for years. If anyone has any insight about this, please let me know. Thank you.

The center Point is the ‘IAM’. Thank you for Meditation. I found my center. I realized Expansion (3) & Contraction (2) follows Law of Fifths…2+3=5. Energy operates as sin wave. Using the breath intentionally with the minds focus on chakra points tunes energy field. During meditation I held Solar Plexus incense in left hand (yin) & Crystal/shungite in Right hand (yang). In synch with breath, my relaxed hands start to dance in repeated patterns around body. I also felt the Bio-geometric energy entering my Right hand and leaving through left hand.

I can't believe I just found Robert, his work is UNBELIEVABLE. I actually learned a technique, similar to the one Robert taught here. I learned it from Ashayana Deanne's books, "The Voyagers." The technique was called " Monitor," if my memory's correct?
Robert's statement about our abilities in regards to reaction as observers is SPOT ON, and for me, when in meditation, sometimes when I glimpse things, they sort of shock me out going deeper, my reaction prevents me from REALLY going to where I'm actually heading to, like an example is, when I start to try astral project, and get shocked back into the conscious state.
Thx for this show, i enjoyed it, it was the third show I've seen Robert on and will now go seek out ALL his work. Oh ya, I have a question, Roberts voice is SO FAMILIAR, does anyone know if he's done voice over work for film or television? I've seen that golden, soft light of center around people's heads and within it I've seen thought forms moving around. I also see aura's along with that. I didn't know how to describe it at one time, I knew the word of aura then I learned of thought forms and now with his description of that golden light I know what it is. It's a very soft and beautiful light and you'd almost miss it being there if you didn't know what it was.

About 1:05:00 into the conversation you mentioned health issues, I have crohns disease and had most of my intestines removed and Friday I went to the emergency room because something bad is going on inside, I have a huge abscess on my leg and fluid is leaking out from somewhere and I feel like I am dying but those idiots sent me home, I need some advice or direction to make this suffering go away, the doctors don't care what happens to me, they didn't even bother to check my weight until I left and I only weighed 94 lbs because of what is going on, I'm going to try one more time to go to the emergency and try to see if they can perform emergency surgery because I feel like if I don't and they don't listen to me I am going to die, I almost died when I was 28 from the same thing, just like the girl from Poltergeist Heather O'Rourke, the same thing happened to me but I was lucky and lived, but I don't feel so lucky anymore, please help me with the knowledge that I need to heal myself before it's too late 😥 my condition is life threatening and I don't know what to do the hospital emergency room just sent me home like it was no big deal, I seen some 20 something physician's assistant who didn't have enough experience or knowledge to know what she was doing, I just don't understand the medical system anymore seems like they want people to die 😥

Search around for a Spiritual Healer or a Reiki Master go see one in your area. I hope you get some relief at the very least.
It's all very difficult for me don't have a very reliable vehicle It's old and has 200K miles on it and I am on disability so I am trapped in the system of medicaid and Medicare and I definitely don't have money for a spiritual healer I don't even think there is one even close to where I live, sometimes I just wish I could go to sleep and not wake up in this body anymore It's really that bad, like torture seriously

I've only just started this video & I will listen to the end. But is there a video that goes over seeing scared geometry as moving energy in real time with our own eyes. I've tried explaining what I see to my bf, my mom, and several others, but nobody..yet understands or can see what I'm seeing. I'm curious if we (the ones who do see energy) or if these patterns are even energy. Surely they are, but can we work with this energy somehow, and how/why am I seeing these geometric shapes overlaying everything in the physical. Its see through, as in, it never really obstructs my view,it moves, it comes in different shapes and sizes, & flows best I can describe it would be sacred geometry. I always wondered about when your head gets hit really hard,or when you bump it,you see "the light" flash. Is that almost a "short circuit" type event caused by the bump? What causes that? 🤔

Great questions! I know that we all have different ways of feeling, intuiting and interpreting energy, so I don't think there's one way to feel this activation. By controlling your breathing, it means lengthening the inhale and exhale with intention, from your diaphram/belly area and paying attention to your breath. I am that helps and it can take time to turn off our thinking mind! :)
