It's in a free pack you can download within flex, it's the sense Gemini magnificence pack. Electrify is the preset within the pack. Flex is the VST. I have a pinned comment with all the presets.

I left the presets and the packs they're in from flex on the pinned comment. They may be paid packs, I'm not sure but if they are, they're probably like $12. I looked up the one, sense Gemini magnificence, that's free, you can download it inside flex.

It was distant signal but really, the first one I used was hard lead 1. I left the presets in the pinned comment
How do you do the effect Electrify
The key to that plug-in is pushing the red button to make sure the effect is on. Then just using the knobs to get what sound you want

Electrify is a flex preset, I put all the presets in the comments. The effect I used on that channel was a pitch shifter inside fl studio, a stock plugin. I put it on voice mode (that's only good for an instrument that hits one note at a time), moved the pitch down to 12 and played with the mix. Hope that was a more accurate answer to your question, let me know if it wasn't
