True - although she had a mistake while being on the lower bar (at 0:25) And of course her dismount seemed a little bit hesitant. She had a high preliminary score, which shows she was capable of doing better. Sadly it wasn't her day obviously...
The Czech gymnasts are very underrated. After Vera Cashlava retired after the 1968 Olympics, the Czechs just declined in competition.
In 1985 they were acknowledged a little bit, by the results of Hana Ricna (at least at the Europeans).
The low bar was an inconvenience, not an integral part of the exercise.
