MAKES: 3 Bento Cakes
[INGREDIENTS]
Cake:
3/4 Cup Milk
1 Tsp Vinegar
1 Tsp Vanilla
3 Tbsp Oil
3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
Ganache:
1/2 Cup Whipping Cream
1 Cup Dark Chocolate
[BAKING INSTRUCTIONS]
OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min. Then bake for 25-30 min.
Kadhai/Cooker(No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 35-40 min.

Generally my egg based chocolate cakes come our very well and moist. I haven't baked wggless cakes that much, except for some veggie friends. I would try this for them.
I think I would just bake large cup cakes with this recipe and reduce wastage.
For this recipe can I substitute the buttermilk with 2 eggs?
