- Absolute downpour in central Milan! Driving around the business district of Milan with the skyscrapers and other beautiful modern architecture. Central Station Area, Isola, Lazzaretto, Ponte Seveso, CityLife, etc. I'm already working on improvements to the all-weather setup, so you'll see less water like in the start of the video. Wow. Mexico City to Milan, what a globe-trotting lifestyle you have J Utah. The modern glass buildings were a surprise to me even though I''ve been to Milan I apparently only saw the historical, touristic areas. As a Hispanic-American I often think about the interesting similarities between Spanish and Italian culture; obviously they're both Latin and Southern European, but they are relatively far from each other but I see similar architecture, food, music etc. I guess it must be the shared ancient Roman history.

There are almost no sedan (saloon) vehicles in Milan. Everyone drives hatchbacks and estates. Unlike in Eastern Europe, North America, and Asia where you always see a Toyota Camry or Mazda3 on the roads.
Here in Italy often rains and snows a lot; sedan vehicles are bulky and impractical on slippery ground. To find BMW, Mercedes and Audis you have to go on the coasts

Milan is wonderful. So central european.
And the video with rain, thunderstorm and then sunny perfectly represents our summers here in Northern Italy, which are very changeable.

Milano si trova in piena Pianura Padana.
Pianura per l'appunto dal clima fortemente continentale, con inverni di norma lunghi e freddi. Tu di che entroterra stai parlando? Pianura? Montagna?
Se intendi montagna non c'é paragone perché qua al Nord abbiamo le Alpi che son bén piú fredde degli Appennini.
E nelle vostre pianure al centro-sud non fà affatto freddo come in Pianura Padana.
Poi tieni presente che conta anche la latitudine. Milano é approssimativamente attorno al 45°/46° parallelo Nord.

Se parli di zone montane allora puoi paragonare le nostre Alpi coi vostri Appennini, ma anche quest'ultime saranno bén piú fredde

Milan is good all year but in july-august because of the heat. Spring is high season. Summer is a bit empty, with nothing to do.

It depends on what you mean with "overrun". For sure, more and more tourists visit Milan every year. Anyway, for sure July and August are peak season, I would suggest April/May or the second half of September 😉
