OEP ONE Online Improvement Committee - June 11, 2024

The Oregon ONE Online Improvement Committee focuses on improvements to the ONE Eligibility System as experienced by its users. Committee members come from different backgrounds and all have experience with the ONE system.
In this meeting the Committee observed the one-year anniversary of the beginning of this group and finalized language for two work items - one to encourage college students to submit all financial aid documents and another to clarify how to enter relationship information. We also finalized request a change language, although it will take some time to finalize.
