    She is at a very high risk of being unalived by him based on his actions. If the judge were to let him live with her and something happened, you all know the family would blame the justice system. Sadly, she can’t see the danger she is in. I hope she doesn’t break the no contact order.

    The judge is correct; they both need counseling, he needs to keep his hands to himself. Men are not the only ones to blame. I watched my mother berate my father, each time they were drinking, and it was like watching a slow motion accident. How much can a person stand, when they try to escape from a situation, and are followed? How fair is it, to do this to a person? It reminds me of videos, where a person has a camera, following a person, saying, "I can film you, because you're in public, and you can do nothing". It takes incredible reserves of self control to ignore that behavior, if it goes on for 3-9 hours.

      I told her to put her purse on the bench on the days she can meet me at the Marriott discretely so I know to show up & chill the champagne.
      Hang on, this isn't Mr. Boyd, is it?

      She's a judge. What qualifications needed to diagnose mental health doesn't matter. She's sentencing him. Not diagnosing him.

      They do a pre sentance report where qualified people inverview defendants before sentancing , mental health, drug addiction, etc and the judge goes off the professionals recommendation - How does anyone care enough to comment, but not enough to educate themselves before saying something stupid

    This judge should take courses on treating Texan adults with respect and quit shrugging her shoulders.

    • @cherylnielson4710
      @cherylnielson4710 3 дні тому +24

      This judge is one of the most respectful , professional judges I have ever seen and not just on video. The shoulder shrugging is nothing compared to what some judges do and is a legitimate way to signal to defendants that they are lying or making excuses. You cannot let them get away with such nonsense.
