- 🇪🇬Egyptian Navy ships depart the Black Sea after a joint exercise with 🇷🇺Russian Navy: Oliver Hazard Perry-class frigate ALEXANDRIA F911, Ambassador MK III (Ezzat class) missile boat M. FAHMY 686, Gowind-class corvette EL FATEH 971 transited Istanbul on 26/11/2020 en route to Mediterranean.
Oliver Hazard Perry-class frigate 🇪🇬ALEXANDRIA F911 (MUBARAK F911 until 2011) was built in 1980 at Todd Pacific Shipyards 🇺🇸Los Angeles, formerly 🇺🇸USS COPELAND FFG-25, transferred to Egyptian Navy in 1996.
Ambassador MK III (Ezzat Class) Fast Missile Craft 🇪🇬M. FAHMY 686 was built in VT Halter Marine shipyard in Mississippi🇺🇸, delivered to 🇪🇬Egypt in 2015.
Gowind 2500 type corvette EL FATEH 971 was designed by @Naval Group , built at 🇫🇷Lorient shipyard and delivered to Egyptian Navy in September 2017.

Both Egypt and Turkey have Perry class frigates.
It's Alexandria ship, perry class, guided missiles war ship, it's been modernized several times, you can see the French Thales readers on it plus earlier this year, its been modernized by a very improved submarines hunting system.
She's the ex USS Copeland (FFG 25)
