manchester united are good on the transition because they have talented players. the players have been told to slow down and regroup to have a set formation. their players are one footed and they have a simple pattern of play. they play short safe passes side to side no direct forward passing or crossing. they dont create overloads using rotation of players and when teams can predict what united are going to do for example stay compact not being stretched not having to defend crosses. what it looks like is a team thats being heavily coached in 5 a side drills who arn't practicing progressing up the park being dynamic or direct. the fact they cant get a prolific goalscorer in the game says it all. also some players are wasteful and spoilt. as a midfielder mctominay did nothing. antony wan bisakka rashford all need dropping big time. the players actually look unfit in terms of getting injuries left and right it shows they arn't ontop of the psysio. manchester united need a coach that on no uncertain terms mixes up the play utilising roation creating overloads mixing up direct and possession football. dropping entitled starlet snot being scared not top play them. you look at the midfield options and you dont see many technicians

Some players have been average for a number of years now. No coach can coach a player beyond their talent and limited commitment. For the next three windows, some players need to move on from United. Go play in League One championship. McTominay, Lindelof, Wan Bissaka, Maguire. Rashford and Antony loan. Sell Jadon. Give Amad a chance. Release Eriksen and Casemiro. (Three windows) Give Erik one more season!
