- I dagens video pratar jag lite om det drama som utspelar sig på sociala medier. Och jag måste säga att det svänger väldigt fort i chrippas värld?
Är det bara jag som tappat den röda tråden för väldigt länge sedan?
Dessutom berör jag en frågor om hemfrid och hemlig inspelning.
Vad får en hyresvärd egentligen göra?
Får man gå in en lägenhet utan medgivande?
Får man spela in andra i smyg? Vad är det som gäller egentligen?

Det sista jag hörde var att han hade ”renoverat på huset” det var vart han sa till Öystein i deras samtal som jag har sett hela 😊

Det är svårt att få ensam vårdnad i Sverige. Det krävs starka bevis och att man har socialtjänsten i ryggen. Tingsrätten går alltid på vad socialtjänsten och polisen säger. Har själv vunnit en vårdnadstvist i tingsrätten. Tar ca ett år att genomföra 😊

hej ja Anjo brukar själv sitta i en bil och spela in. jag har avföljt han för jag märker att han säger och gör saker bara för att få spridning/clickbait. det har jag märkt många gånger. det var därför han klagade på att du satt i en bil för att många av hans följare vet att han själv brukar göra det och att han viste att dom skulle bomba hans kommentarer med "det brukar du me göra" så han for mer kommentarer/mer spridning på hans videos

Det var Joakim och Anjo som startade detta drev. Blandade in barnet för att i nästa stund säg att det är fel att blanda in barnet. Helt plötsligt mår Joakim dåligt. Tycker detta är så genomskinligt.

The only positive out of this sad circus is the fact that viewers have turned out to be good people, they genuinely care. Mainly because there’s a child involved (who C filmed in most of his videos before all this happened).
Had the young generations just thought it was “normal UA-cam Drama”, they would not take the time to try and get through to C, to realize that what he’s do8mg is ver6 dangerous and will have serious consequences for his relationship with his child.
Most people wouldn’t have cared now if it wasn’t for the child’s welfare.
You need to understand that “The Court of Public Opinion” has existed for years. Sometimes the judges gets it wrong or are corrupt (like the judge in Johnny Depps trial in the UK (NOT the US trial), where the judge should have recused himself asap as there was such a strong family connection to the newspapers higher ups, owner, which had printed the salacious lies that Depp had assaulted his then GF Ms Heard .
Your stance that all cases should remain firmly in the Court of Law doesn’t fly anymore. Depp remained silent and look what happened to him for SIX YEARS. He lost everything. He was banned from Hollywood and mist brands except Dior.
Most brands refuses to work with someone who graces such allegations. BEFORE the trial and before the verdict.
You are the one who blames followers when it’s actually the big brands, Hollywood etc who cancels a person before they’re proven guilty. Money talks. And they’re not prepared to take that gamble.
What followers sa6 online is a direct effect of how for example Depp was treated after Heards allegations. And we also heard leaked recordings between them when Amber was the one abusing Him when he’s trying to talk sense to her.
She also admitted to severing his finger. Unfortunately man6 of these recordings could not be used in court. The most important tape which Amber herself had recorded on a hidden device contained conversations between their Doctor, Nurse, manage, security guards. Because one of severity guards had passed away and they were recorded illegally, even though they wanted the tape to be introduced as evidence, the Judge declined it as it was breaking the law due to a deceased persons voice in it but also that the crew had no idea they were being recorded. The Judge had the permission from everyone, except the deceased bodyguard.
It is evidence like this that must come out to the public. It contained several confessions from Amber.
Depp won anyway, but had he not, the people - fans or others - would kick up a storm and in tun pressured the big companies as they’re punishing someone whose accuser is lying.
All you have to do is to put your own feet in Depps shoes for example and you would appreciate the luck if opinion more than the court of law. The public see evidence the jury or judge do not. They see the crazy texts and actions.
It all paints a solid picture. With or without the making of a youtube video by Anjo for example.
He clearly made it because he had enough evidence against L.
If you suddenly became a victim of a crime you did not commit, you would want people to fend for you on social media until the court has its day,
Why? Because the media are very good at being loud and splash accusations around but extremely bad when it comes to retracting false reporting. Or wrote about your victory 8n court. People will only remember the first headlines of the monstrosities you had done. That’s not fair becasue people will not know if you were innocent at the end of the day. Your credibility and reputation was damaged the day you were accused.

@@irstalina I had hoped he would have taken the time to address his thoughts or bring some of these points up in his videos as it’s not simple anymore to “leave it to the court of law”. Hopefully he will do that in a video. Not specifically what I’m saying but bring these very important points up.
Unless he’s willing to sit in jail and get cancelled for years even if he’s innocent.
He will lose friends and family because of the accusations, so even if you’re not a public person, you will still be known in your area as “that guy” who beat your wife (example). I’m sure he would want evidence to come out that points just as much if not more towards the accuser if he’s innocent, to fight for his credibility and reputation which takes a lifetime to build but a day to be ruined.
