So what's the point of coming into the copywriting field asking as a newbie if AI will do all the heavy lifting and the rest will be refined by world class copywriters and marketers like you. How can newbies scale fast? Also with AI, competition in the copywriting field will increase or decrease as anyone who has some sense of marketing will jump ship and advertise himself as a copywriter with AI help on their side. I know you and some other marketers have introduced courses on how to use AI for copywriting but I am unable to think clearly as to what the future holds
You still need knowledge of copywriting to direct the A.I. A business owner could try using chatGPT to write an ad and it will come out like shit and they won't even know it. Even if they followed this guide EXACTLY (which has its flaws) they still wouldn't know how to pick 3 good ads to show the A.I. and they wouldn't know if the output was going to perform until they tested it. A.I. can outsource low-level thinking, or provide somewhat decent outlines that need further editing. But you still need to know about emotional triggers, funneling, NESB, how to generate intrigue, etc. to make effective copy. If you have no knowledge of copywriting it will be impossible to get A.I. to write GOOD copy for you. It'd be like trying to get a Tesla to drive you somewhere without knowing the address. Copywriting is still a perfectly viable career choice, don't get all paranoid G. Hope this helps!
