John Wall and Bradley Beal love this stuff and for good reason. The NBA is shifting to small ball pace and space where everyone on the court can be a point guard and knock down 3's. Guess what? That's been the WNBA style since its inception. If you actually bothered to watch you might learn something. You single and you can't ball, no wonder you always having bad days.

And in the 80s and 90s nobody gave a crap what the rest of the world was doing because they flat out could not ball back then. They were just trying to copy and catch up to the nba. It wasnt until the 2000's when they finally started making changes.

Ask Reggie Miller who the best baller in his family is. Physically they can't be on the same level but intellectually? If you coach high school, middle school or rec leagues I guarantee you will learn more effective plays and skills to implement on your team watching the WNBA than the NBA.
I'm a die hard NBA fan and I have been following basketball for as long as 10 years. I always knew WNBA existed but I never watched it in my life partly due what people on social media say about them, and today I saw this in my recommendation and gave it a shot and I have to say what people say on comment section is completely different to what I saw. Their game may not consist of fancy dribble moves and dunks. But these hardworking athletes sure do knw hot to get buckets fast and pacy, I have new found respect for the WNBA

They run basic plays at a slow pace, there are literally 0 dunks or jelly’s, there’s lackluster defense, amongst countless other issues with their game. They want more pay, not necessarily equal pay. NBA players get 50% of the revenue generated by their team whereas WNBA players get less than 25%. Even if the revenue is smaller they just want a bigger slice of the pie.

Seattle is not a complete team without Natasha Howard’s contribution, no question. I am a Sue Bird fan. Her leadership, experience and court presence are unmatched. Seattle grew up a lot during the season and their chemistry is their strength. The player movement without the ball is ridiculous.
Without Howard’s rebounding, they would have lost to Phoenix. So I have nothing but respect and love for the complete team of which Howard is invaluable.

In general, I love watching women play sports. From track and field, to gymnastics, to tennis or golf. Soccer also is entertaining. But honestly... Watching this final, I cringe. For the first time, I watch a female sport and I cringe. I don't know why, but women's basketball is cringe worthy. I'm sorry ladies, I wish it was different, but the WNBA will never be as valuable as the NBA.
