To Aunty; Will this batter combination work with any other vegetables such as cauliflower, aubergine, spinach, etc? I've tried this exact recipe and I'd give it a 10/10, maybe a little heavy on the salt but otherwise superb ^_^ Ps, you use that glass cup for other recipes and say "use a cup of water"....what exactly is the volume in mls when using that specific cup? Is it a pint glass?
