cool. its nice seeing steven start to be more positive again, even attending another meet n greet with Ned and Shawn. I get where he comes from with not wanting to be type casted or whatever. but at the end of the day just appreciate the love you get from the fans :D
I think after the backlash a year back from his $140 Cameo he did for Hugo Ones and What Ned Luke explained on Dan Allen Gaming stream he noticed he should appreciate any of his fans even for the role of Trevor. Plus, he might of just was aggravated the fact a lot of people only viewed him as Trevor and not his other roles or even Steve Ogg and was having a bad day. But happy to see he's changed his view on it. 🥰
I think shaun and ned talked to him about understanding some will know him as only trev and hes gotta learn to make peace with that and embrace it as a character he worked hard to bring to life
I feel like he's actually taken some of the legit criticism on board and reflected slightly. I get it, he wants to be known as an actor. But I think he was feeling people loved Trevor and not him because Trevor is so iconic. He didn't handle it well tho.
Keep in mind dude is the youngest out of the cast. Solo isn't really an actor and Ned is nearing the end of his career. Steven is the only one out of the three that actively seeks out different roles and is obviously not content with the work he did as Trevor, unlike the other three. GTA is a business for Ned and Solo, but Steven still wants to do more things. He didn't see GTA as the big break like the other two, he saw it as another role. The internet was being hella unfair when they sensationalized his discontentment with the character as ungratefulness because that isn't the case at all. Imagine actually enjoying acting and the only thing people want to recognize you for is a crazy psychopath that you portrayed ten years ago, so now you're stuck in that typecast because its what pays the bills. I'd be pretty fuckin miserable too.
@@juzelajuze6868 Well no thats not entirely true. He has admitted GTA was his big break and he got roles specifically because he was in Grand Theft Auto
@@erosion271 by big break i meant the role thats gonna justify his retirement from performance entirely like it was for ned and solo, not the role thats gonna put him on the map.
The fuck are you guys on about. Trevor is a psychopath. He just didn't want weirdos coming up to him while he was out and about trying to get him to do dialogue from the game, which if you haven't noticed, is mostly weird shit that would make people around him who aren't familiar that he's an actor in a game, would look at him weird.
Steven Ogg and Ray Liotta never really cared about their Gta character they want people to recognize them for other work but still they were shock to see their Gta character gets so much buzz and hype
The Trevor character is awesome because he’s wild out crazy don’t give a squad about nothing that’s the character I love but outside the game, Steven, you are amazing person good actor, and a good father🙏
@@zachy427 For real, hurt his image and reputation quite a bit most likely acting the way he did for so long. Although Harrison Ford was kinda the same with Star Wars, I think he handled it better.
It's not even about typecasting. It's about wanting to be recognized as an actor who played a character rather than expecting him to be in character 24/7. If you think about it, that was totally what a person like Trevor would do so he was in character...........wait... my brain hurts now.
At least he didn't say "I'M STEVEN OGG, NOT TREVOR. TREVOR IS A CARTOON."
I don’t understand honestly why he accepts Cameos to be Trevor if he hates Trevor to begin with.
I think he is portraying the character Trevor perfectly since you would not want to meet him irl😂

that whole thing was probably faked or something I feel like there's some missing info
that video was clickbait anyway
Steven Ogg sounds like Trevor if he joined Epsilon Program.
He certainly has the vibes of a member. LOL😀

I feel that Steven records cameos when he's bored alone and really needs to share his thoughts with anyone. ❤

I can’t hear anything but Simon. Makes everything he says menacing, it all has an undertone of potential violence.
Simon's run on TWD was so good, I'd say he was on par with Negan as far as villains go.
